Hello, everyone! Can't believe that this is the last video of the year! I am inviting you to come journal with me for just 10 minutes. I have put in some nice soothing music in this video to set the mood.
Here’s 10 Year's End Journaling prompts and ideas can help you kickstart your journaling session:
1. Reflect on your proudest achievements from the past year. What are you most grateful for accomplishing?
2. Write down three significant lessons you've learned in the past year and how they have shaped you.
3. Describe a challenging moment you faced recently. How did you overcome it, and what did you learn from the experience?
4. Imagine your ideal self one year from now. What qualities, habits, or goals do you want to embody?
5. List three things you want to leave behind in the old year to make space for new opportunities and growth.
6. Write a letter to your future self, sharing your hopes, aspirations, and words of encouragement.
7. Describe a memorable experience or adventure you'd like to embark on in the coming year.
8. Reflect on the people who have had a positive impact on your life in the past year. What qualities do you appreciate in them?
9. Create a vision board in your journal by sketching or pasting photos that represent your goals and dreams for the new year.
10. Write affirmation for the upcoming year to help you stay focused and motivated.

Hello Jane! I am journaling along as I speak :^) I just decided to try switching back from regular to passport for 2024, and I'm so confused because the size is so tiny, and I wonder if I'll be able to fit everything I want to say and collage easily! Maybe I'll just have a lot of fat, tiny notebooks at the end of the year... Or I'll switch again, but I really want to see this little experiment through.
