Hi! I’m JANE, a wedding photographer from KL, Malaysia who also loves art, crafting, and journaling. I share my journey over here please do remember to subscribe to my channel :)
YES!!! Japan is all that and more. Our family lived in Iwakuni (mainland) for 3 years… the most amazing experience ever!!! They are so nice. Our children still talk about it to this day. 🙏🏻😊💕
I'd like to do this in a different mini notebook/journal; thank you so much! Unexpected take on the prompt and I love it! I'm not a letterer either, so I'll work out to use this as inspiration in my own junk journal (which is a bit bigger lol)
You really inspired me to try your more loose form of journaling! When I started with a TN and one of the dated vertical weekly inserts, I had to sell the second half of the year, because it became too stressful to keep up with. Kept putting too many rules on myself! Nowadays I have a collage journal where I will use packaging and leftover bits and bobs and I love flipping through it, as it took me almost a year to complete last time. So many memories! When the Stamp Caravan was in Europe in 2022, I was fortunate enough to buy a whole MD paper pad in almost A4 square format I believe, so I will make my own inserts as well. Thanks for sharing as always Jane! 💌
Love how you made the prompt your own Jane! ❤ Such great use of typography and really like the freedom in your art journaling style. You've given me some great inspo for my own mini TN. So sorry yours got moldy.😢
Dude i really missed Japan, been there for a week but never forget the vibes, they're so humble, best experience i ve ever had. Hopefully could go there next time.
Japan and China could have been so much closer if not because of the militaristic era that took the two countries on a massive series of conflicts. Both had so many cultural similarities.
