I LOVE the amount of hybrid moves...they make the workouts FLY by, and feels like double the work in a short amount of time. Working the brain AND body as well, having to coordinate. I feel great new tingles in my muscles I haven't felt in 15 months. Thank you...I'm loving being a newbie to your channel 🥰
Not saying NOT to do that, but it would be optimal to do ONLY Triceps afterwards, and then do biceps after a Back workout (as Tri's are already pumped up after a chest workout and it only takes about 3 sets of 2 exercises to burn them out fully, SAME with Biceps after a Back workout) I do each muscle group once per week except for Bi' and Tri's, which I do what I mentioned above to finish them off, then I do them on a day by themselves where I focus on heavier weight and more sets being they are fresh....Supersets work great also but I keep that as an ace up the sleeve for every few weeks.... Just some tips, former trainer/bodybuilder and I stay home from the gym and do the "burn and build" workouts once per month to switch things up, which keeps Platues away..

I always grew up to believe to do 4 different exercises 4 sets of each but this right here gets me pumped and cut due to the fast pace. Appreciate your videos. Im on day 5!!

After 6 months doing this training, and increasing once in a while the weights I can say that I love the shape of my chest, I am just wondering Midas, more weights or more times the exercises for bigger chest? Ps. I am at 10% of body fat at the moment, at 71 kilos, and I am focusing to take 5 kilos until the summer of 2025

I just did this workout. Love it. I made it challenging going with 35 lb & 25 lb dumbbells only. I felt it too. I will continue. Will these exercises increase my bench press ?
When i was doing decline floor press and floor fly something poped in my left shoulder and this is the reason why i hate traning chest and i also did warmup as well

I don't know if I'm doing the right way but I'm doing the 10 min abs video twice a day and alternating tri/biceps one day and chest/shoulders the next for 6 days a week
Ab workouts really just widen ur waist unless ur skinny so technically ur building muscle under fat then u can cut if thats ir goal but if ur goal is to loase body fat do cardio and wieght trading also eat protein and be in a calorie deficit thats how I got abs before summer and lost my chestfat
Absolutely not. This is a routine to build muscle and torch fat at the same time. The time under tension keeps your Pectoral muscles working under pressure throughout.
30lbs is too heavy IMO your muscles will go to failure too quick & instead of taking 30 sec breaks in between I guarantee you will need longer breaks which defeats the purpose
