I really loved this shorter full body practice. Anything under 20 minutes is perfect for mornings and easy to commit too. Plus it helps to see these different combinations and flows led by you instead of practicing a lesson in the program. Thank you x

Had to come back and leave a comment. Wow this was beautiful! I did this session before a day of teaching yoga, when I wasn’t feeling 100%. It made me feel grounded and uplifted and I carried that into my classes and got through a day I thought I couldn’t. Thank you for sharing. ❤

This practice is meant to move a lot of energy inside and often when that happens we experience things such as nausea, dizziness, and tiredness as these are all signs that energy is moving. Do your best to listen to what your body needs afterwards to allow the energy to continue going and clearing. If you are tired then rest or take a nap. Hydrate, go into nature, allow emotional expression. These Willa lil help clear the energy. All your symptoms are normal and good :)
