I am so upset this morning. My Mom is having chemotherapy, and my brother is with her. I won't see her at lunch like I usually do. Unfairness at work is crazy. I'm an emotional wreck, but I have to hold it together because I have to be at work. To hear Michelle in this brief meditation means so much.

I do really prefer longer meditations but in spite of that this is a good one. I didn’t want to come back to the here and now. I used to like Wayne Dyer before he went super spiritual and zen. One tape I had he exclaimed if I willed a good parking space it would happen. Sure! Never happened so I don’t truly buy into if you concentrate on something it manifests. However listening to you coax me into just doing it without using any executive function of my fast paced brain, it just feels good. So thanks I needed a little feel good this morning

Since discovering Michelle and her work last year I’ve learned and relearned aspects of our mind, body, and spirit. Boy howdy, was I ready and in need too! I’m convinced vitamins/minerals (good nutrition) plays a huge role in dream recall and consistency. For whatever reason, lucid dreaming for me is best conjured minutes after waking from overnight sleep, and after eating healthy the day prior. B-vitamins (particularly B6) with zinc/ magnesium help aid with dream recall. I’ve a hypothesis potassium may play a role for experiencing more vivid and ‘Technicolor dreams.’ 🕊️💕
