I have been doing Inversion Walk for almost 2 months and I have walked 10 miles every week and around 5 or 6 miles every 2 days. I never imagined that my feet and sole pain and burning issues would go away ! I had been suffering from neurological issues for almost 14 years and now I feel like I have new feet ❤ I just watched this video and without knowing i was doing the inversion walk.
