Thank you so much. This has been awesome. I'm on day 2 of these and I have less back and hip pain already. Great combining this with my foot rolling/massage routine every morning since transitioning to zero rise minimalist shoes at 5'5; 210 pounds.

These great athletes are in no way flat footed. They have low arches which is genetic but they don’t have collapsed arches which is flat feet.

I am definitely incorporating these into my daily routine. I went back to orthotics yesterday as my knee pain has been unbearable. The orthotics immediately removed my knee pain but I don't want to wear them forever.

I walk barefoot all the time, my environment allow me to do it. Impossible to wear shoes, shoes are an exosquelettum..

Wow this was so divine yesterday I only THOUGHT to myself how painful my feet have been even to press firmly on the bottom would cause a Charlie horse. I need feet exercise stuff. Thanks algorithm I didn’t even know this existed 😂

Στην Ελλάδα είναι πολύ συνηθισμένη η επέμβαση σε αυτό το σημείο! Η μαμά μου χειρουργήθηκε πριν 15 χρόνια και έπειτα φοράει μόνο αθλητικά καλά παπούτσια.

My grandmother had bunions, from wearing poorly fitting shoes. A heal and pointed toe that was too short. Her calf muscles were forever shortened they said. Had to have open toes, I guess that was part of misshapen feet. But she lived well into her 90s. Good work on your feet! Did you find the way yourself, or did you find guidance? 🎉😊

For the calf stretch on the towel, the toes are hidden. Do you rest the toes on the towel partially or something? Or the whole foot to get a better calf stretch?

What if you can't bend your knee all the way back for the rolling (I have had double knee replacement)?

Just use whatever range of motion is comfortable for you or you can skip that particular exercise if need be!

That's great to hear - they're definitely a useful tool in some contexts! The problem is that people tend to end up dependent on them with long-term use, instead of using them in the short-term while they build back up their foot strength and resilience.
