I'm 79 and live alone and 18 months ago decided I had to do something to improve my fitness or get ready to go to a nursing home. I have fibromyalgia so have to cope with widespread pain, weakness and fatigue. Plus I was also very overweight. Since that time I have lost 60 pounds and am moving more easily. I have been doing some of your exercises up to 4 sessions a day. My ability to stand from a chair has increased a lot. I can now do 10 sit-to-stands at a time easily without chair arms or hands on thighs when at first I wore out after just two with chair arms. I still have occasional balance problems but that is improving also. My ability to do household chores and yardwork has increased immeasurably and with much less pain. Thanks to both of you for all you do. And no, don't mute Brad. I love listening to both of you. Hugs.

I found you guys so entertaining I thought even my husband will do these exercises! We both have bad backs and I also have a neck issue. Will be starting to do this either tonight or tomorrow! Whenever I can get him to sit down and actually do it. He did watch the whole video with me and okayed it!

Brad is a perfect foil for you Bob! Keep his mike on but increase the volume 😳Thank you for all of your helpful videos. PS I wanted my younger family members to do these but once they saw for “the elderly,” they refused to watch. These are excellent exercises for students or people stuck in conference calls all day due to Covid.

Since the 2020 "lockdown", I have become the most extreme chair potato and it is damn hard to get back in motion. So. THANKS for this demo and reminder. I am 77,live alone and got very,very good at the quarantine stuff. Even tho it is long over.

I’m so grateful to the Lord for you both! Glad I found you. I need to get my strength back from being so sedentary from pain. I have been going to a physical therapist but all I do is stretch there for 1 month now. I need to get stronger too.

Thank you for all your senior videos. It is helpful that you advise about conditions like arthritis, osteoarthritis, etc. that affect us. I have been to many PT’s over 20 years and see you as knowing what you are doing and are responsible about presenting your information to us all. I tell as many people as i can about your videos.

This was a very good set of chair exercises, thank you! This will work well when trying to get some movement in during the day. Brad's socks with the red feet and toes really helped in watching the feet move! Yes Brad I noticed and appreciated your socks, and Bob's white toes also: the audience could easily see what the movements are. Your question: no surgery....listening to your back and forth comments is one of the extra perks that make watching you that much better, a few smiles and chuckles! Keep up the good work!

Great for middle age 40 somethings with spondy in L4, L5, and SI1 and a total right hip replacement. That’s me. No joke. I don’t want that back surgery and I’m in pain every day. I just want to get stronger so bad!! Haha I’m a high school teacher:)

About 4 years ago I had arthroscopic shoulder surgery in both shoulders. A friend of mine show me your website and I've never looked back! You guys are amazing and I can't thank you enough! Have added most of your exercises to my routine. Had spinal fusion done cervical, and T-7 to illium. Surgeon did not hear me, and I now have loose hardware. Trying to stay motivated, your videos help. Thank youp

PLEASE DON'T CUT OUT BRAD'S TONGUE!! Hahahaha! You guys are sooooo funny. I have the same humor as Brad. He doesn't TRY to be funny, it comes naturally to him. I want to thank you both for your videos. I'm a 57-yr-old female & I've always been active. I climbed trees all of my life, climbed over fences, got on the roof to clean gutters... I just now started to slow down on my energy. I tried to climb a tree a few months ago & I started feeling kind of nervous, like I was going to lose my footing. So I got down & haven't tried again since then. I've been doing balance exercises with your videos & I've seen an improvement. I'm not going to be able to climb a tree just yet, but I will be ready soon because of your videos. Thank you soooooooooooooo much for giving me a few more years to climb trees!! (I know, it sounds weird, "Why would an older lady want to climb trees??!") It's because I've been doing it all of my life & I'm not growing old gracefully, I'm fighting it tooth & nail the entire way!!! Thank you guys! Kendra :)
