10 Minute Spirit Guide Guided Meditation 

I was greeted by my 4 and 17 year old self !! I struggle to see anything sometimes because my autism tries to force logic into everything but I felt such a sense of pride and love as my 4 year old self was terrified of the world and my 17 year old self didn’t want to continue life anymore. I could feel their appreciation for me not taking my life and allowing them to become someone new. Thank you ❤

This was really beautiful. I still leaned in for the embrace even though I didn't fully picture or envision my spirit guide. It's okay, because I know my divine protection is enveloping me with grace and love ✨️😌 I can feel it each and every day. Happy 29th birthday to me!! I saw my deceased grandmother as my spirit guide, and connecting with her in this way was the most powerful experience a meditation allowed me to experience so far. I’m still crying. Thank you.

I felt an overwhelming sense of peace and a sense of love from my spirit guide. It was couldn't see who it was but know it was someone who I was close to. That love and peace I felt brought tears rolling down my cheeks. This is the best mediation video I have found in a while.

My dogs! 🐕 I do your meditations almost daily and, i often connect with my parents. I lost them 8 and 2 years ago. They're always with me. But today, with this meditation, they came with my dogs, that also crossed over years ago, Kikas and Gyzmo. It was amazing! They came with their tails waging and liking my face. The 4 of them we're so happy together. I felt so much peace and confort...thank you for this. Thank you....I'm crying with overwhelming

I was greeted by my younger self, approximately between the age of 3-5. I remember feeling pure joy and being elated. I recognized the dress on her because it was one of my birthdays between 3-5 years old. My grandma just stood in the background but the little girl handed me a book. She said Trust. That opened the floodgates of tears.

Just felt a hug and then all tears…thank you universe and my spirit guides❤️

This was wow. I wasn't sure who I would envision but as she said they begain to walk out of the mist I envisioned my grandfather and I got constant chills. This made me really happy.

So all I was able to see is the pink ball of light and bright yellow the whole time. There were a few shadows as well. Although I didn't get to meet my spirit guide, I did feel loved and felt a small pressure on my head the whole time. Thank you so much

I saw a woman with long brown hair in a beautiful white dress with a flower crown on her head. I’m pretty sure my spirit guide is named Astrid. She gave me a small cardinal. It was so sweet

This was honestly a struggle at first because I'm dozing off (I meditate only before going to sleep). When the guided visualization came through, I saw my sister's orange kitten running towards me on the fields, with a ginger haired girl in old European clothes who looked like a younger version of Sadie Sink but more freckles. She smiles at me and the kitten, who loves to snuggle me everytime we sleep together, held on tight to my chest. I feel like they're equally the same person and during the guidance I'll ask if I'll ever be loved in a romantic sense (because going through healing after a break up), and she said, "Not right now. But soon." Then she left me a ruby ring. I cried at all of it, I don't know if it's just my imagination but it's truly comforting to know.

I have met 2 other spirit guides before this meditation and was expecting to see one of them on this journey but instead I was surprised to see an extremely tall male energy blue light being. His light was so pure and loving. He sat across from me and mirrored me. When I asked for a gift he dropped a blue ball of light into my hand full of pure love and empathy. I cried when I brought it into my heart. He reached out and held the side of my face with one hand and wiped a tear from my cheek and got up and walked back into the mist. It was such an amazing experience.

I saw my twin sister. She held my hands and she gave me a heart. Ive had lots of physical hearts since she passed too. She touched my chest where my heart is and told me to be strong and stay alive (ive been thinking and so close to just following her and being with her again) this was special thanks for the last 6 months your meditations have taught me so much and helped me through the hardest time of my whole life 🙏🙏🙏💗

Try to imagine yourself in a big pink bubble, in the middle of a grass plain surrounded by plenty of fog, and just picture how magical spiritual creatures unknown to your species look at you, lovely, and one of them hands you a gift before you. That. Is. Frightening. But it worked XD. Thank you❤

I saw my aunt who passed away, I wasn’t expecting her at all and the tears came for sure, thank you this was beautiful.

He gave me his heart in a vision while listening to this meditation like the time here I gave him mine. He said take my heart with you - even in another relationship with a man here on earth. I saw my great grandfather whom I never met and know nothing about. He comforted me and we sat down on the floor and hugged me

This was beautiful. I connnected with Marina again, she is my main spirit guide. I have three that I know of. One has been with me ever since I was a teenager. Now I'm over 30 yo and he is still with me. 🥰 Third spirit guide I met just a few days ago.

This was a great quick meditation. I only have one suggestion, and that is to give us time to talk to our guides without any voice over the music. I found myself plugging my ears so that I can speak to my guide. I am new at this and maybe I should be able to tune out the voice, but I’m just not there yet

This was a different experience for me. I didn’t envision my spirit guide but what did happen was I had blue/black flowing in and out and coming to a black dot that I sensed was in the middle of my forehead. It did this for at least a few minutes before my concentration was distracted but what felt like someone pulling on my index finger… there was no one there. I sound crazy, but that’s what happened. 🤷🏼‍♀️
