Started this routine 5 weeks ago with 3lb. weights, and my arms were pretty pitiful. I am 64 and have lost 60 lbs. in the past 9 months, leaving some unfilled skin on my arms. All I can say is WOW. My guns are impressive, even my ex husband thinks they are beautiful. Thank you so much! Now also doing the routines in several of your arm/shoulder/back/chest videos. Next, I need a butt because it left when the weight left.

I decided to get in better shape two years ago when I hit 50 and started with this very video. I’m happy to say that then I could barely do the exercises using cans of chickpeas but now I can get all the way through using a combo of 3 lb and 5 lb weights. Not very heavy but enough for me! I hope this inspires anybody who feels like they can’t do it or won’t improve.
I went and got my boyfriend's 3 pound weights, using them throughout most of the exercises. Not only my arms but my shoulder muscles are burning. Well I stood doing the exercises I noticed my dining room needs a good dusting also. I will say that is also part of my arm exercises today. I thank you more than you could ever know, big hugs!!
Love your workouts. I'm turning 80 this summer. I walk and hike several days a week, but since the pandemic I stopped going to the gym and working out my arms. I'm going to start up again with your arm workouts and a few others. You are very encouraging. Love your style!
This is my only video playlist now - I especially love her soft voice. The exercises are all age appropriate and her form is correct. I'm getting back into fitness after several busy years and these videos are such a gentle reentry.

This was a great little routine to do in my office midday. Quick enough to fit into a busy workday but still effective and helped alleviate that discomfort from sitting at a computer too long. I was able to modify to use a physio band that I had in my drawer.

Today has been a good workout. My husband has been laughing at me through the window as going off to work. So Saturday and Sunday before he has gone to golf I asked him to join me. He has felt how tough it was. He now knows what a hip flexor is. He struggled with all the exercises. He couldn’t believe he couldn’t bend his leg and grab his foot. He couldn’t believe the pain doing the arm exercises. When we have arms out and doing the circles he has stood outside the patio flicking his arms out and going weeeee and off he goes. Not today. He was nooooo after 15 seconds then you said keep going you are doing really well. He’s asked PLEASE will you get up with me early before I get ready for work and do the 10 minute daily stretch. Hurrah. He even did the YAY dance at the end with you that he survived to the end. THANK YOU so much.

I have only just found your exercise routines and absolutely love them. I am 74 and had two hip replacements last year so find the hip flexes impossible on the stretch routine but manage everything else. Thank you very much.
I am so happy I found you, I called a plastic surgeon this morning to get a appointment for my flabby arms but 😱 the price so I said to myself I have to find a alternative, I , like you, lost weight without warning ,so bye bye muscle and hello crepey and old lady arms, so I just tried your work out ,my neck was burning and my arms ,so you will now be part of my every days..love it ❤️

I love this workout !! I love the music & how it’s not too long . Makes my Arms burn but getting results . I just need to keep doing every other day .. A few weeks ago my sister said I should do some arm weights work out. I am 58. I haven't done anything very hard for a workout for years. This is the right fit for me! I love it! 78 and counting. I used 5 lb weights on each side. It was hard but well worth it. I'm planning to do these every weight-training exercise day in addition to others, but these are the best!
This is my favourite arm exercise despite all the hindrances in my wrists, elbows and fingers. I can drop the weights when my body tells me to. During lockdown I needed to keep and build up some muscle tone in my arms as I couldn't swim. This exercise did the trick and 2 weeks ago i went back to swimming and Oh my arms were so strong! as well as increased stamina I find I can swim for longer than I ever could before and i do love my swim. Which is where I am off to now having done todays challenge.

Hi still enjoying your exercises, didnt have weights for this one so grabbed a couple of can of beans and improvised. Will treat myself to some proper weights instead of raiding the food cupboard. So inspiring and so glad I feel motivated to still be doing these workouts for 2 months on - feeling great yeh!

@@winjakcas4227 I've eventually noticed a difference in my arms. It's taken a while. This week intend alternating Bye bye batwing with this one with the weights. Its not just for vanity. You can carry heavy groceries more easily with strong arms too 💪😊

I turned 54, things dont work like they did so exercise every day for the last 6 weeks, just added this arm workout to the abb workout and im begining to see results. 5 babies have taken a toll on my back so need a little help to feel good again. Thank you you are a great encouragement.x

That was great , I could really feel the burn. I woke up this morning after only having a few hours sleep and was feeling very unmotivated. I’m so glad I made myself do this. At least I have done some form of exercise today. Love your tube videos . X
