I noticed you are bending your knees in all the exercises. I didn’t notice it as much in earlier videos. Is this to protect the back ? I have a bad low back so anything to not aggravate it and still workout is my goal. Thanks, your a great motivator!

Schellea Fowler is a great motivator and makes it so easy to keep you moving on even when you feel breatheless and aching. I'm going on a vacation to the mountains and excited to try this video in the hotel's fitness center tomorrow morning. Thank you for showing us we can actually make our bodies fit and beautiful!!

My burn score was 3 maximum but I've been doing batwing exercises about 2 times a week for a few months. But I still haven't noticed any batwing improvement. I do know batwing exercising needs to be done several days a week with a barely tolerable burn by the end of the workout. Trying to step it up. I'm so thankful for all of Shelly's videos.
Really like the arm routine. I have very painful legs due to a muscle disorder, so I do all exercises out of a chair. This arm routine can be done very well out of a chair. I would appreciate more chair workouts.

This my 2nd time doing this. I used 3lb weights last time and 5lb weights this morning. My arms are on fire! Thank you for this workout! I want slim arms again.🥰💪
