How I made it click for 10 minutes long:
I was using Hiren's BootCD PE burned on a DVD disk at that time because I was trying to repair my corrupted Windows 10 installation (thanks Bliss OS installation instructions telling me to install it directly on the Windows partition). Since the programs that came with it are on the disk, it would click and spin while processing the files of the programs I was using.
Don't mind the house background noises and voices.
