Hey loves! Welcome back to my channel!
Here is another 10 minute challenge! We are focusing on the booty!
This time Amani decided to join me and that's okay!
Let’s do this workout X3 this week!
Stretch first!
Warm-up 5 to 10 minutes (Jumprope, walking or running)
⏰After warming-up and stretching, set a timer to 10 minutes to complete this circuit. Take :10 seconds break between each exercise and 1 minute break after each round. 💪🏾
✅10 Squats Negatives
✅10 Sumo squats
✅10 Donkey kicks (5 on each side)
✅10 Fire hydrant (5 on each side)
