TrayTrayTurtle Maybe they already suspect it then. If you are safe to tell them, I'd say just tell them! I know it can be frightening, but sometimes you just worry to much and in the end, they turn out to be very supportive. If you are too afraid to tell them face to face, you could write a letter. This way you can explain everything without being interupted or feeling insecure. Maybe stay at a friend's house and before you leave, put the letter somewhere, where they can find it. They will have time to read it and think about it and you will have time to prepare for their reaction. Whatever you do, just make sure that you are safe. Good luck :)

Different. Instead my date was like a literally physical meaning less date where I just started poking myself weekly for no "apparent" reason. That being said I have noticed some very slight changes. Like my neck has widened a small bit and adams apple has grown a bit all within the first month but has not noticeably changed since. People say my voice sounds different, but if anything. Same case. First month it cracked a bit for a while then it feels completely the same and still makes me just as insecure. My shoulders feel maybe a bit broader. Not sure if thats T or working out or both. But at least theres that? But really I feel so discouraged. When I found out I was finally getting on T after a year and a half of begging my mom and she finally came around I didn't know this is what I was getting. I thought when they said I'd be getting on T that by that summer I'd look like other 9th grade boys. That I'd be making youtube video updates every month. But was met quite disappointingly

+Tyler Armstrong "disappointingly" short. Now I feel ever worse. Almost like the thing I wished for so badly that I knew would give me relief has only heightened my dysphoria. I am trans I do identify fully as male so it's not an Agender thing. It's just because I thought testosterone would do me good and make me comfortable. At least .4 weekly that is would. I just really don't know what to do. When I say I'm on T it only feels metaphorical and it breaks me anytime someone asks "So when are you getting on testosterone?" I've watched videos of guys on low dose T. Whole years on it, and they have the same changes that a guy on a full dose has in the first 3 weeks. What do I do? My endo says blockers and low t starting are like starting me out like a cis boys puberty. But the thing is is I'm just entering tanner stage one in male puberty, and their in stage 3. I'm behind. The point of T was to catch UP. I just really don't know what to do. How do I deal with this? How to look forward?

+Tyler Armstrong I think in moments like this it's alway good to implement the 10s rule. Will this matter 10 seconds from now? 10 day? 10 weeks? 10 months? 10 years? It helps put things into perspective sure you might not recieve the changes you want now but I'm sure 10 weeks from now things will be different. I'm sure 10 weeks from now you'll start noticing some changes. Also have you heard of a ftm youtuber named nick I think he is around your age and has already been on T for a couple of months. Maybe It'll help seeing someone in the same boat as you.
