You don't count Palpatine because we don't see him do a lot in the movies, then you bring all of the other Legends and cannon stories for other characters. Let's look at some of the Emperor's stories. He kills Lemelisk several times only to have him cloned and "reborn." He befriends and talks to a group of twi'leks, including a little girl, only to order Vader kill them all. He plunges the galaxy into the Clone Wars only so he can grab power. He uses sith magic to twist animals into grotesque servants of the dark side. He orders the enslavement or genocide of countless alien species. How's that for disturbing.
Abeloth would probably be the most disturbing character because of how unstable she was (she was basically chaos) and she’s definitely the most powerful one

Abeloth basically threatened to destroy all life in the universe if she couldn’t be stopped and was at minimum around 12 times more powerful in the force than Luke (who at that point was as powerful as anakin could’ve been)
Tarkan didn’t put the fear in Darth Vader. Tarkan and Darth Vader shared the same ideologies and opinions on a ton of subjects. As we see in Star Wars The Clone Wars, in the Citadel ark, Anakin and (at the time) Admiral Tarkan shared some same ideas about how the senate and the Clone Army should be used. Also helps that Palpatine favored Anakin and Tarkan so Vader and Grand Moff being the highest ranks in the Empire is not a huge surprise.
Vader killed the officers because some of the officers tried to murder him. He wasn’t going to waste time to investigate so instead he killed 5 at random to scare those who tried to kill him and cement his place in the military.
Disagree on 1. As a person it may seem bad, but it isn't a person eating the troopers or attempting to eat our heroes. It's one animal eating another. It's no worse than a lion eating it's prey.
well you are correct about the ewoks, but for starters, when they captured luke, han and leia they were just hungry and wanted dinner. it's no different from us capturing and eating animals because we get hungry (which is perfectly fine by the way.) and secondly, they ate space fascists. how is that bad? they were doing the galaxy a favour in my opinion
Ewoks are clearly a primitive species, similar to Tusken Raiders but less visually repulsive. Is it really fair to assign morality to their actions? The Sentinelese IRL are another good example. They’ve killed people who tried to interact with them. Are they evil?
The purpose behind Darth Venamis being killed then resurrected over and over was so Darth Plagueis could experiment and hone his dark side ability of manipulation over life and death.

I don't think the Ewoks are that disturbing? It's shocking sure, but is it so different than people eating animals, or more accurately, animals eating people?
Is the emperor evil? Has he ever done anything or truly evil well he did set up the order 66 oh plus the whole clothing thing and then it's slaving them into killing their own friends. I mean that counts for me but each to their own.
