Out of the Anima weapons, I actually prefer the Sharpened Spurs of the Thorn Prince. Not only do I quite like the glow of it, but I also like that it isn't as bulky as the final 2 stages.
Aah man, i did the whole PLD ARR relic 1 year ago when i was like lvl 63 pld and now i really want the ARR NIN relic for my lvl 80 Ninja, so surely it cant be that bad to suffer 2 times for a AAR relic
Big daggers with bright particle effects are not my personal style. I like Tsukuyomi's Kunai, they are nice and simple! From your list, I really dig Seiryu's Daggers and Honeshirazu.
One of my spots for favorite choices of daggers for NIN is definitely going to the Tropaios Cleavers, sold just like the other Tropaios weapons for a solid ampunt of Trophy Crystals in the Wolves' den. They remind me of a weapon skin of a dead game I enjoyed playing a lot 8 years ago, which I also always used because they're shaped like lightning. With this shape and very subtle glow that feels like focused power(similar to Sasuke's Blade Zeta, though in a smaller scale), you very much look like a ninja zipping around unseen and assassinating targets, without using longer/bigger blades or uninteresting/generic but smaller knives, which Blade's Subtlety(ShB Relic Final step) manages to do quite well by virtue of being literal kunai, despite it not having enough cool effects sadly.
So while its not hard to get (I think its a drop from level 50 dungeons) the Misericorde is my favorite Ninja weapon. I just love how when you unsheathe it it clicks the two halves of the blade together making the animation just a bit more interesting.
@@desperius1586 You can make any weapon invisible while sheathed by a toggle next to the one that makes helmets invisible. It just makes more sense in case of a weapon made out of pure aether than any other.
I recently got the kasasagi eureka weapon and I think it's gotta be my favorite ninja weapon so far. The shape is so cool and the aura and color shifting is so pretty 🥰
An underrated weapon I recommend is the Expanse Daggers (Bismark EX). It's unique shape, white aesthetic and very short size definitely lends to more unorthodox ninjas that love bright colored, form-fitting glams
My 2 personnal Favorites are depending of my ninja glam, if I go with a brutal Ninja Glam (Paglth'an, Bazja, Ravel Keeper, theses kind) I take the Ravel Keeper knifes, because it's the Only Kukri we have, for a more subtle one like I have actually (Black Yukata, with Eastern Faire-goer's pants and shoes) I tend to take the First stage HW Relic (the one you can buy in Ishgard)
@@vayalond7203 unfortunetly i havent completed bozja yet, i do have a savage samurai that im happy with. Pagl chest looks so good with the katana from pvp wolfmarksl, and the headpiece from eden raid too with the feathers 😁
if you’re looking for some good ninja knives without a glow to them, check out the Karasu daggers from the Wolf Mark vendor. fairly long, thin, stylish, and a nice way to pay homage to one of the most fun job quest npc’s in the game.
to me, nothing beats the non particle Hive Daggers for NIN. since the day they came out, i have yet to find anything worth replacing them with. and im sad you didnt mention them
I finished my Yoshimitsu Nexus in June and as a Ninja main I couldn't be happier. I prefer the dagger looking weapons and red glow, so Yoshimtsu Nexus is perfect for me!
As a NIN main from ARR to StB (well, ROG main, really, I still vibe with them and their aesthetic more), I've gotta agree with most of these. It's frustrating how so many weapons are chunky and just fugly, and don't have the sleek look one would expect from a stealthy, nimble class. I've got almost a dozen weapons stashed away for glams, 2/3 of which are somewhat regular-looking daggers, because THEY LOOK GOOD. Currently using the Jambiyas with some Thavnairian pieces for a Prince of Persia look that's absolutely smashing, but I just finished the Sasuke's Blades and am working on the HW relic now, so I might build a look around those once I can find ninja-style outfits that aren't dweeby as heck. Or I'll just go back to my old Jacke-style glamour, or Oboro's tasteful Riviera set :P
I'm still confused on how Desperius recolored the particle effects for the HW Relic Sandungs.. would appreciate if anybody could pointme to an answer ^^'
The HW relics have two color Versions, the normal one and the "Lux" Version, which is the final stage. Just get both and their Replicas and you can always swap between them 👍
So I been trying to get into pvp for weeks now and never get a party is there something I’m doing wrong how do I get into pvp to get the wolf marks for those daggers
Here I am with maybe 10 or so hours in the game learning that marauder was a tank then switching to rogue to find out I’m going to be a ninja one thing at a time lol 😂
NIN is by far THE Class i wish we could Swap Particle Effects with the Models. I absolute love this Whiteish/Purple Flames of the Sandungs Lux but on the other Hand i really hate the Modell.
The Heavensward relic is really easy to make. Not even that grindy anymore. Also the NIN HW Previous Steps are also looking really good. So i think there worth to Build.
How you didn't have Yoichi bow zeta as the best arr weapon is a sin of it own, but leaving off Kasasagi Eureka the list. The best ninja weapon while having Sandungs even in the top 10 unforgivable.
Kasasagi has weird colors in my opinion. But you are absolutely right, Yoichi Bow Zeta is top notch and I am ashamed for not mentioning it alongside the other ARR Relics. It will be on the Bards list though !
@@DesperiusFFXIV kind of like purple and black two tone, but more over it the kris dagger look and the fact that it clips less then most other ninja weapons when sheathed and the unique pommel design
All these knives are Terrible. Ninja are supposed to be STEALTH KILLERS. All of these weapons are Short Swords at best, and Longswords at worst. WHERE ARE MY PROPER SIZED DAGGERS!? I hate ALL of them Except for #2, but I would choose the non-shiny version over the Lux, or Zeta version of the Zodiac Relic =T
