As a fellow 2021 RKS owner, I'm liking what I'm seeing. So many people say a green Harley is unlucky, I say screw them. I'm really digging that color. I'm all about making the bike fit me and making it as comfortable as possible for long haul riding. The 114 M8 is more than fast enough for me. My only suggestion would be getting some good quality LED passing lights and headlight.
I also have a '19 RKS, something that will make you want to take longer rides on the KING, is getting a Freedom Shield windscreen. I am 6ft & have a "16 light Grey shield, it's pretty good, but I just purchased a "18 Dark shield & rode from Columbus Ohio to Sebring Florida, then over to Biketober Fest! Total round trip (with many miles in Fl) 3,300. Ready to go again. Keep up the great builds!👍🏼
I ride a totally mad RG and a badassed Dyna WG that is muscled up like a monster but, whenever I see a King video I stop in and have a peek because I love the noble King; and when I see one like yours I realize that if I had room in my garage a King would have a home in there with the other four. Yeah… …four. I don’t care, some sicknesses are good. 😊 Nice ride. I love it. And that chrome kiss on your speedo does it good. Nothing wrong with that.
I have a 128 with 550 cam in my 22 mgd rks. Great bike all around. My guess is you did a nice stage 2 like hpi 62mm and a tq happy cam maybe the 30/30. Either way I look forward to your new vid
May sound crazy to some people but I went cheap with my blinkers. Amazon specials! Switchback fronts with the white running and blinks amber and the red ring that the whole thing flashes on the front. All with smoked covers, also from Amazon. Have had them installed going on 3 years now with no issues. Nice and bright lights! Benlari is the brand name.
Performance Machine & HOG WERKZ make flush mount front signals that look great! I have the Hog Werkz & you can't really even tell that I have signals they fit really flush to the forks.
I'm just now seeing this video I don't know if you've already got another gauge but look into Dakota digital version I have it and love it lots of customization in the colors fully blacked out when it's off
Hi Max. Love your vids bro. On that throttle grip, try moving your switch housing inward. You may have already done this but if not, should get rid of most of that slop that’s annoying you. Hope this helps.
@richardvidal3506 Look at the cables on the left side under the handlebars. Turn the handlebars to the right to see better. On the left side you will find a cable with a connector for the additional headlights and another cable with a Molex connection. Buy a rainproof USB socket and cut the cable from it. Insert the cut end into a Molex connector and connect it to the existing Molex connector on the left under the handlebars. You can hide the USB socket under the panel. Advantage: When the ignition is off, the plug does not draw any power.
