But if not this time then I'm sure next time you'll be visiting our place too. Just trying to give more information on the things that you were not that sure: 1.Litchi type fruit is called Fyakrey which are collected by villagers from jungle and mostly it's consumed as a medicine by diabetes patients and people with high blood sugar level. 2. The round white yeast is not a proper yeast it's a mixture of yeast and rice flour and only few people knows how to make it, it's used to make local alcohol and local fruit wines. 3. Aloo thukpa are mostly supposed to serve and eat hot. 4. That tomato is named Rukh tamatar as it grows on trees, and it's used to make achaar and chutney. 5. The churpi/hard cheese you had is very tasty actually, it won't melt, you are supposed to try to chew it, so that the tiny bits will come off and only you'll find the milky and cheesy texture from it. 6. The thing that was wrapped in leaf is called kinema, I think you have heard about axone, the fermented soya bean? That's the same thing, it's just that we call it kinema in our local language. The yeast that u said is a kind of yeast bar to make local rice beer , we used to make rice beer using this traditionally in assam

churrpi is said to be the hardest cheese mostly made from Himalayan yak milk. Just pop it in your mouth, chew it and it will gradually melt. Not very good for the teeth but it is good to pop it in your mouth when you are bored or sleepy. love from Nepal 💜💜💜
