HI Raquel how are you? Hope you and your family are safe and well!! In my experience my nails do grow faster in the Summer, my left hand is my dominant and my nails grow faster, eating more protein definitely helps my nails grow, and LOVE oils for my nails!!💖🤗

I know it sounds weird but my nails grows faster when I put dark nail polish on. It never fails. If I want my nails to grow longer faster I will put dark polish on. On my non-dominant hand my nails grows faster. Since I'm getting older I have been keeping my nails shorter so they won't break across my meat which hurts like the dickens. I feel the sides of my nails are the weakest because when they grow beyond a certain point they will break.
