first three days - apply top coat once a day and to edges of nails last four days - apply top coat every other day once a week - take off nail polish, wash hands and file nails to shape, soak for 5 minutes (white distilled vinegar, half a tablespoon olive oil, one tablespoon of baking soda), wash hands, oil, gently push cuticles back, wash hands, apply base coat to nails, back, and free edges. Apply colors or just skip to top coat. oil ur nail cuticle and nails 3x a day wear gloves when hands are in water for extended period of time
One thing I learnt from growing naturally long nails (first ever achieved it this year thanks to your tips!♥) was that the efile at the salon absolutely DESTROYS your nails. NEVER use it. im starting all over again with growth now because of that. also, i found i felt so much more feminine and elegant with real natural long nails than acrylics. acrylics are lovely too, but natural is just sm better

Damn I had been a follower since 2009! Sad to see she's ditched the channel, but I think this video sums up why she left. Back in the day it wasn't as bad with the trolls, but now it's a whole new game. Not only get hate comments, very spiteful ones too, but can get doxxed quick and then your lively hood and even family can get harrassed. One thing to read a comment, another to have family members affected, and she has a daughter she needs to protect. The amount of the fear, hate, negativity can weigh super heavy, especially if you live with light, positive energy, and love. When in this space, you stop just truly enjoying the moment and just being, and then life and work get mixed up until feels there's no boundary. Also making videos is time consuming and her daughter is growing up and needs her mom to help navigate this world, and she also has a husband to spend quality time with, and also her own mind and time to reflect on herself. I'm glad she left the channel open, videos up to rewatch, and I wish nothing but the best for her and her family! I'm also glad she took the time out of her life to think about others and give the advice and tips and creativity. I just found this channel I’m a beginner and having a problem I start off with so many stitches but as I go on my scarf starts getting smaller less stitches I guess I can’t figure out what I’m doing g wrong ??
