Many thanks for this channel and all the resources concerning Prednisone. I have been taking this since last Friday and will continue until this Friday. Just a week, but it still concerns me 😕. I do already take the following every day: Magnesium, B12, D3, CoQ10, Zinc ...then I eat a banana and take a big tablespoon of Blackstrap Molasses for the Potassium, at night for sleep. I need to buy more yogurt for Calcium, I ate it all up last week.😮 Recently, I started taking two drops of Iodine and eating two Brazil nuts for selenium to help with my Thyroid. How much does Prednisone affect the brain?? 🧠😔🧠😔 Due to going through Myalgic Encephalomyolitis Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (MECFS) for the last 7 years is why I am taking so many supplements. Most definitely help. Last night, I could feel my heart beat faster. I have a slower heart beat, between 50 to 60 bpm. Largo on a metronome!!! Last night it felt like prestissimo 😮. Very fast. So, I took more magnesium and ate a banana....that seemed to help. Thank you and God Bless you and your family. Miss Monique 🙂🌷🙏🕊️
