This is amazing. Thank you so, so much! I’m so glad I found your channel after struggling today with an online 2-hour class with a 6-year-old. I’ve exhausted scavenger hunts and freeze dances to no end, so tomorrow I’m going to try some of these new activities. I’m so excited!
Hi Gloria, here is another video I made with tips for teaching younger learners online. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-nikhtLyLgPM.html
Wow! Thank you a lot for all these tips, games and methods of teaching you share with us! It's exactly what I was searching for. I think now I'm ready to help my young students to learn better English doing this with much fun! Thanks again!!!
All this ten games are really so amazing and not only for young learners but for everyone who wanna to emprove his creativity. I liked them all and i try to play myself alone. When i came back home (Usbekistan) i'll play with my Grandchildren. Three of them already going to school. Since 8 years In Usbekistan all schools teach English from first class. Thanks one more time.
I can't wait to see your grandchildren, Vahid! Please post some photos of you with them on Instagram because it would be great to see you with your family. :D
Good video, nice games for teachers who have to do extended online lessons during the pandemic and going forward. Brought here from waygook, good work Eric!
Hi Paul, thank you for the kind words. I'm glad I posted it on Waygook then. :) When I first came across these games I knew many teachers would find it helpful so I made the video. I'm always happy to help.
Hi Eric. Thanks for sharing these activities. I can easily use some of them. I'm having a couple of zoom classes tomorrow so they will come in handy. I admire your dedication and enthusiasm which comes across. Keep up the good work.
i really like this videos about teaching kids! actually have no idea regarding how to teach youngsters but when i watched couple of videos you have, it really has a big help on my part. thanks!
Hay, man. Some really great ideas here. Thanks I'm new to teaching online, so I'm still getting used to some of the challenges involved. Do you find that the students are happy to comply when you ask them to turn around, and not look at the screen? It's often a challenge in the classroom, when I play games like Hot Seat. I have to keep an eye on the student at the front
Hi Mr. Choon! Sure it's tough cause the students will most likely try to cheat. You could ask them to close or cover their eyes. You could also tell them that you'll subtract a point if they do peek. Just remember to keep things playful. It's meant to be fun. I'm sure you'll figure it out!
Hi Eric, it´s great! I´d like to ask you if there is some link only for free games. First I ´d like to try them for my class before buy the baamboozle +. Because I am not sure if it is suitable for my kindergarten kids. Thanks so much for your reply. Monika
Can I ask how many questions can we make and get them appeared in the game? 16 is the maximum or can we have more than 16? Thank you so much in advance ^_^
I also just checked. It seems like the website is offline. :( I don't know if the developer is perhaps updating or there is something wrong with the server. I'll let you know if anything changes.
