He knew what he was doing with the N performance. These N cars are basically affordable BMW M performance vehicles. A hybrid between KDM and German engineering, brilliant.

Hyundai flagship Elantra N or I30 is Front wheel drive and has 270ish horsepower. M cars make well over 5 and are RWD or AWD. The Elantra N can maybe beat a 230i, but that is BMWs entry level car. That’s the reality, Hyundai just offered the guy money to promote their new N brand. Turning an economy car into something sporty is not the same as an all out borderline race car. 🏎️

Well with the Veloster/Kona N gone I wonder how much longer the N division will be around.I love my Kona N who knows it may be worth some money some day.

@@nlikos180 Have you driven EVs? They feel lifeless, heavy and digital. I don't like them, and I don't want them, and I don't want fake sounds through speakers. I want a car with character, one that has engine, induction and turbo noises. I want to feel boost kick in. I love my i30N and couldn't care less about any sort of EV.
@@Cernunn0s90 Agree. Yes i do for couple of times because im work for car detailer and have done in EV's car and no sound. I own i20N and still love it. Engine sound is better than EV.
Sucks that many Americans can't tell the difference between Japanese, Chinese or Korean (akin to any socialist idea, like free health care, is considered communism). Not a very informed bunch of people... Anyways, I'm looking forward for my N to arrive and the local TMP track here in Toronto loves the N brand.
