People hate her because they are sheep following a hate trend. Her music is actually decent. Pretty refreshing to hear, especially the new album. I listen to all sorts of extreme black, death and doom metal and her stuff is brilliant.

I know literally nothing about Metallica or their music so I can't comment, and what I meant in terms of sales was what would be expected for a black metal band. Not your ridiculous notion of Myrkur bridging the gap into the mainstream. Yes "genuine" is exactly that, my subjective opinion on what I see and hear in the music and I personally don't feel that Myrkur is genuine. I commented my opinion about this band and the new album and for some reason you took it as if I was presenting it as fact. If anyone is butthurt about the worthless opinions of others (including mine) it appears that it is you not me. If everyone that heard the new album loved it but I didn't I couldn't care less. In fact I'd rather it was fucking good cuz then I'd have more amazing black metal to listen to even if I don't like the who is involved in the band. I listen to fuck tons of bands I completely disagree with in terms of ideology or politics but as long as the music is good who the fuck cares. Ans I don't really see why my initial criticism suggested that I was 'fragile' or 'upset' and like I said you're just looking for an argument haha. It really is odd how much you assume about me. I never claimed to be some "connoisseur of what black metal is supposed to be" as you put it. I just had a simple opinion about this project and my reservations for the album "M". But I still am interested to see what the new album is like. And I don't really understand what my age has to do with my ability to like or dislike black metal. Or who old I was when the first wave was established. Can you explain the relevance of this comment, because again it just seems to me that you can't handle the opinions of others and react in a non emotional way.
