never had any of these figures as a kid which is probably a good thing considering I used to douse mine in fake blood to make my matches more dramatic...
I had a steve blackman when I was a kid, i loved him and i threw Shane off the titan tron with him like 3 times a day for years. But like.. Albert was my world champion for months so maybe i was just a weird kid
I remember annoyingly getting my parents to take me to every store looking for a Jeff Hardy figure back in ‘09 and never finding one. Looking back at it now, knowing they were pulled, it makes me feel stupid lmao
I honestly was the same way xD Back in 06-07 I begged my mom to take me to the Super Walmart near us cause they had a Jakks Jeff Hardy. Since he had just returned to the wwe and I was a stupid kid lol
Lmao that reminds me of the time I did a match between the Hardys and Donatello and Raphael for the toy wresting federation tag titles. Then Shredder ran in and got the Hardys DQ'ed, the other ninja turtles ran in after and the whole thing turned into a brawl. Those were the days...
Of all the ninja turtles, Raphael would always be the one pulling the heel turn in my house. Him and Starscream made a faction that would fight both Megatrons faction as well as the Turtle faction
I can respect that. I was a Ninja Turtle, GI Joe, X Men, and WWF/WCW collector as a kid. My favorite battles were Leonardo, Raphael, Legion of Doom, Roadblock, Duke, and Wolverine and Cyclops vs Storm Shadow, Cobra Commander, Shredder, Andre the Giant, and Sabretooth. Good times. I was an evil little shit and I would alway make a base for the villains out of bricks and dirt in my backyard and they would always collapse it on the heroes lol I always wondered what that fight would look like on screen lol
That Jeff Hardy one pissed me off so much, because I remember seeing it online and wanting it more than life itself. The Elite series had just launched, he was fresh off his WHC title run, and I was the biggest mark for him.
*WHERE'S THE DAMN FOOTAGE OF THE CLASSIC MATCH BETWEEN MEGATRON AND DONATELLO VS SCOTT STEINER AND EGON SPENGLER? COME ONE WWE NETWORK'S HIDDEN GEM DEPARTMENT!*
I remember buying the Jeff and Matt tagteam from a friend back in 05 think it was the first ever version of them both released, always loved Jeff as a wrestler and as a human we all have addictions and his helped him to be the daredevil he is due to taking the constant pains away, fair play to him for staying clean this time, we all fall off once in a while but he always pulls himself back for his fans
Are you kidding me? I have the jakks Warrior figure in his red white and blue outfit. I had no idea there are only 3 in the world. Oh my fuck! I'm rich
Oh the memories of my lazyboy chair wrestling federation, because the toy rings sucked in the mid to late 80's. The Egon Spangler from the toy line where their arm is a lever that makes a funny face...i booked him like Nikita Koloff with that hook arm. I also had that Dusty but 12 year old me didn't understand toy economics back then. Also featured in my indy fed were the entire he-man line, lots of early LJN figures, a hogan hasbro which was like dink to the LJN hogan, the ninja turtles, and a 205 live division of G.I Joes. Lastly i made cardboard belts but my main championship was the LJN Hogan. Thanks for the memories here.
I swear to god I had a figure of the black dude with the yellow moon on his belly when I was like 7 or 8 and threw it away bc he was small compared to normal action figure and this happened in like 2010 so Idk where that figure is but I could be fucking rich rn
I took the big rubber Junk yard dog and hulk Hogan from my dad bc he got older and he'll throw it away anf i still have em till this day i didnt lbow it was that much money tho
The Dusty Rhodes Hasbro was recalled when he left the WWF meaning none actually made it to the UK. They're a little easier to obtain in the States but nowhere close to common.
The reason Linda’s never saw a release is she was part of a 8 pack that was going to be a TRU exclusive but they said it was too big to put on shelves. Ringside have it in their office

It’s funny you used Luke Harper as an example of being an expensive figure, especially considering his very recent passing. People already are selling his merchandise in the triple digit range, it’s sad...
I have a Jeff Hardy entrance greats figure sitting on my shelf right now. It looks almost identical to the one in the thumbnail. I was very excited for a second.
I had that one too I ended up trading cuss the music for his entrence thingy wasn't working as good but I kept the shirt and put it on the Jeff that u can switch his head I forgot what series was it from
I bought Eddie Guerrero figure when he won wwe title my mother threw all my figures out about a year later when he passed away there was one on Ebay for 500 pounds
I remember I had this one CM Punk elite figure with the WWE championship belt, but I gave him away when I was a kid cause he wasn’t my favorite wrestler. I still miss him to this day.
I was 5 Minutes away from scoring a AWA/Remco Ric Flair in Elementary School - we had a Assembly and Raffle with like 30 prizes across the 6 grades and the Kid drawn two tickets ahead of me got the Action Figures (I forget if it was a two pack... or just two figures) * not that it' would have gotten me any Future wealth as somewhere around end of High school or start of College I 'Put away Childish Things"** and gave away all my Figures (all well played with and some quite abused) ** I say this w/o a hint of irony having just bought the WWE/MOTU Greyskull Ring on Clearance (two hours ago) to house multitude of random Figures I have since acquired in the many years hence
I had that Dusty Rhodes action figure! I also had ALL the LJN dolls including those 89 ones despite living in the states. I live in New England but since we're close to Canada my Uncle used to drive up to Canada to visit friends and he'd come back with stuff like that for me and my brother. What pains me is I never got rid of any of it. Never sold it at a yard sale or traded it to friends. Same with my old video games. But as I got older and wasn't using them I put them in a box in the basement and then years later my parents informed me that they just threw it all out! Didn't ask me if I wanted any of it. Just in the trash it all went. My father should have known better as he used to complain his parents did the same thing with his Baseball cards he had from the 50s-70s. I honestly would have held on to them. Watched this video and start asking myself how many could I part with on Ebay and be ok with it. But no. Goddamn it!
I once owned the Hasbro Rhythm and Blues Greg Valentine. Was the key piece to my collection until I got an offer I couldn't refuse. There are 5 known to exist.
For the Americans in the audience? A car boot to us is something a representative from the city puts on your car to prevent you from driving when you don't pay to park
I had that hardy firgure in the thumbnail when i was younger, 2009 ish? I had a randy orton like it too, really cool articulated joints, very cool figures. Man, that was over ten years ago😢 *EDIT* after some google searches i actually realised it was the figure with red facepaint, still what i said stands, great figure
Since people are excnanging stories in the comments I'll throw in my two cents. I had a ring made out of a vodka bottle box (one of those big rectangular ones...not sure it was vodka, but it was some type of alcohol). Could barely fit two figures in it. My scrawny jet ski rider beat Hulk for the world title by performing a 619 on him.
I grew up with the ruthless aggression series of figures and me and my best friend would run our own figure federation. I was lucky enough for my family to get me 3 figures which I believe are now rare but don't own. A Val Venus figure which was not part of the ruthless aggression line, a 1996 Mankind variant with removable mask which came with Undertakers Urn and a breakable table. Then there was my prize possession which was a Shawn Micheals elimination chamber 2002 variant, Shawn is one of my favourites and finding a figure out in the wild was rare (we didn't buy stuff online back then). One day before my 13th Birthday I was at my cousins house and looking at figures, I found a that Shawn Figure and I really wanted it but it cost £50, my auntie saw me want it and bought it for me which was one of my favourite figures.
OMFG I had that jeff hardy figue and im pretty sure still have the shirt, but I came home one day after school at like 9 years old and my dog chewed it up and I went into my room and cried and i remeber this very clearly. Now that ik its rare i might go cry again lol
Any john cena action figures worth anything. I have 1 elite john cena figure mattel edition. I also have a john cena collectors special edition with dog tags and a DVD. Mattel series
I hate being a kid I have the road warriors on the with the belts except for I like to open them and play with them one's missing an arm I still got the belts.. and I have the big dog toy ones of hulk Hogan Roddy Piper and the big Russian
My vegeta and goku action figures were the undefeated tag team champions when I was a kid. The only ones that gave them a run for their money was my mankind and undertaker action figures.
