Losing your temper (going supernova) is to lower yourself to the same subhuman standards that far too many people cling to. Discipline yourself, so as to stay focused and rational. Salaamu aleikom, i am a muslim convert and i only recently found out im an empath. I was in an accident which left me in a coma and that inspired a spiritual awakening. It lead me to islam and i devoted myself to Allah out out gratitude for giving me another chance at life. I thought this is a spiritual gift, people say i over think but ive become logical in my thinking. I've discoversed that i can absorb emotion from a company but i can absorb peoples emotion through prayer if they are away from me and when i absorb there emotions they are granted relief from sadness, depression and at times pain and then i suffer it but its not perminent, it only lasts like for a day. I take this as my gift from God and through it i can help others to be granted ease. Im trying to master this gift because at times if i join a company i absorb unknowingly, my mood changes and i become depressed or sick . through watching these videos ive discovered that i have a choice and i can protect myself from absorbing because I've become very emotional and i often forget I have this gift and cannot distinguish between what is mine and what emotions have been absorbed by others.👍keep up the glad work. I feel relieved to know im not going mad and there are others who are like me.

This described me to a T, except that I learned not to go supernova because I am a Horsemaster and supernova is very counterproductive when dealing with a horse, especially a Thoroughbred or Arabian stallion. My sport was Classical Dressage, a martial art and Olympic sport. Horses are the very best teachers because they are perfect unbiased mirrors.

I have no hate as an empathy I usually know why someone is lieing. Since all people tend to lie for whatever reason. I have unconditional love it's the way of my being.
Most of the time, the types of people that would take part in drama, gossip, slander or abuse, don't care what's true about you. They care only about their own image, as they're desperately trying to convince themselves of their own worth. Attacking and slandering you, is only to further their own agenda. As the truth is a threat to them, and as you represent it, they either have to avoid you, or tarnish your image to the extent, they can continue with their lie. Think of a snake eating its own tail.

A couple times I spoke up very bluntly to a guy bothering a girl physically. I saw a guy pinning a girl against car. I immediately said get off her!!!! To my surprise they walked over and stood by me ......they thought I was " "undercover ". I just stayed silent and looked at each very seriously. Boy said tell her to give back my bag. Girl says I don't have it. Then she thanked me and walked away. Boy drove away. My instincts (Holy Spirit) kicked in.
