I like that you teach high airflare as correct progression for solid control and weight transfer. This is the best way to get the technique and strength necessary to do the movement, until you can go lower and lower and gradually perfect the form.
This video is very good even for those who can airflare and see what crucial building blocks we missed out that made it so hard to learn ..thank you Seita 👊
Yo bro the tutorial is good, love the swinging arm drill at 2:48 :) it is very useful to learn how to do the vertical form with a better arm shape and still make it look wide! Just one thing: in my opinion pike freezes are very important for airflares, to learn how to open the arms/chest while jumping. Anyways there are a lot of different methods and approaches, your is very good and your airflare control is dope!
Kaio Falcrow Thank you so much! Why I can not recommend doing pike freeze while airflare is that caused bad shoulder injury for me. But yes, we have too many ways to learn airflare so please take this tutorial as my way🙏
Hi there, new fan here 😁✌ I remember learning air flair in my prime but it ended up same like cork ☹ i also remember when I saw it first time and then i saw flair to air flair...but I quit at flair 😀👍 where r u from btw?
Iam trying to learn airflare at age 41, was bboying self for about 10 years, stopped for 13 years and deeply regret it. Windmill i can still do a bit, and basics. Swipes i need to relearn which is also a good movement for airflare. Handstand i can stand already with open legs for 15 seconds, trying to improve for 30 seconds before i start moving my legs in the air or go for the drills like in your video. Then hand hoops and those air freeze positions both sides to get the feeling for it. Iam highly motivated to learn airflare. What do YOU think, it's possible to learn it in about a year or less? I started to practice less than a week ago again, and planing to practice 3-4 times a week for about 2 to 3h. If you got any more tips let me know. Thanks.
2:32 Brooo I am having the hardest time with this step, like I feel like when I'm upside down in this position I'm going to land on the back of my head!
sick tutorial thanks ou so much . Could you do a detailed part about the " walking airflare " drill starting at 2.33 since i think a lot of us struggle on that crucial drill thanks again
practice it really slow. if you can't fix things, doing it slowly help you to find way to fix. and you should have only one thing to focus on. keep going! :)
Is it necessary to do couple flares or halo to get airflare ? I only get windmill, swipe headspin, vertical airflare, 1~3 rounds of flares and have stuck in this level for very long time😭, and some handhops. by the way this is awesome tutorial I learned vertical AF from this tutorial thx a lot!!
is it possible to do it with a bent throwing arm? and if not can you explain why. beacuse i would like to try and learn this move again but i am unable to straighten my left arm
@@seita1473 no im not able to straighten my arm. thats why im asking. i had a bad injury in the past and it basicly fucked my arm for life. had surgery and stuff. never got my range of movement back. i used to do stuff like handhops and airbaby up to handhops..but not anymore beacuse of my arm. and joint pain i get. its why i resorted to trying to learn elbowtrack instead of airflare beacuse i was worried doing it with a bent arm would be a problem and a waste of time to try.
