@@BabaYagaRacing what's the trap? I have fbo jb4 E35 custom map by Jesse. I'm trapping in the 124 range but have yet to get drag radials. Used to running at the track in my manual/mt82 mustangs, new to autos. What do you reccomend? LC with TC partially off or fully off? Paddles or drive mode? New to the zf8. Seems like manuals are easier for me lol.
WHY CANT I GET MY 21 TUNED WITHOUT SENDING IT TO THE OTHER SIDE OF THE WORLD, TELL US HOW TO TUNE, HOW DO WE TELL THE ENGINE MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS TO ADD MORE AIR AND FUEL WITHOUT SENDING MY ECU TO EUROPE????
So I’m confused, if the goal of this Stage 1 project is to show Supra owners how fast this car can be if you want to race it, but you don’t allow the ECU to be tuned, I don’t understand the point of this. The Supra was popular as a tuner’s car.
I don’t even own a Mk5 Supra but the ECU’s should be unlocked. The whole appeal of the Supra name is modifying and tuning the car so that it takes down cars 2, 3, 4x the price.
I've definitely warmed up to the Supra quite a bit, but I think the BRZ/GT86 is more to my taste. Loving these manual trans engaging sports cars; kinda nervous what kind of machines can be built in full-EV with as much mechanical engagement as humanly possible.
Sooooo hate to break it to ya that was not the intercooler, it has a water to air inter cooler that's built into the intake, if I were to guess that's the radiator for it cause the intercooler is water to air setup
Drivers side is part of the high temp circuit which is engine and turbo, passenger side is low temp for the charge. They work in conjunction with the two radiators that are sandwiched in the center. I forget which is which.
Can you Toyota people call BMW and ask them to unlock the ECU? Just look at how much fun the twin owners are about to have with their FA24 now that theirs is unlocked
I bought a ‘21 supra last year only to realize AFTER the purchase the ECU was locked. So your actual customers can’t do whats in the video, what is the point of releasing this? Scam.
I bought my Toyota Supra new in '21 with plans on modifying it - I don't care about a warranty. We then find out that Bosch - your supplier - locked the ECU so we can't modify it. That is totally unacceptable - you marketed the car as Tuner Friendly, even making these videos and yet here we are. FIND A WAY TO LET US MODIFY THE GODDAMN ECU.

Toyota delete this video!!! Doesnt even apply to us consumers who purchased a 21+ supra because the ecu is LOCKED!!! Why bother even post this video up
