Wow. For the first time I'm seeing someone given a distinctive presentation on Nigerians and their diverse ethnicity. I'm hausa (Christian) and my husband is a Yoruba. We have been married for Three years. But everyday we both learn from each other. We are both in love with each other's Culture.🇳🇬🇳🇬💯✅🙌🌎🌍
We proud of you fellow S African women for showing the whole of Africa that we have to Love & appreciate each other as Africans, keep up the good work. Much Love from SA! 🇿🇦 🥰
I'm a Nigerian but I've never been to Jos, but I tell you Jos is cold too. I believe that's the only state in Nigeria that have a very cold temperature. For the parties, as an Akwa ibom boy, born and raise in Lagos, lol you will hear O wo ankara o je semo oo( if you don't put on your native , no food for you) some people use the native as gate pass to their wedding. As for the pepper, lol why will i eat a food without pepper,do you want me to throw up? Even if you don't like pepper that much, there must be a little amount of it in your food oo.
Ndoteyin, you're right about Jos being uniquely cold. I'm from Uyo, but did my National service (NYSC) in Bauchi. Most of the Northern Nigerian states are very cold especially between November to February. There's a North Eastern part of Nigeria (Adamawa State, Gembu, I think) that compares to Jos in terms of being consistently cold. Just to contribute. Cheers and Songo idem o!
You're so pretty Mrs A and I like your gele.❤️ 😊😊 I really enjoyed this video, thank you for educating us sis. As for the BOB culture, I think that's more of a Gauteng thing because where I come from, the host provides the guests with food and drinks, and there's entry fee. I'm very shocked by the entry fee yho, I'd never attend that party... I mean as guest the only thing I need to worry about is a gift not iEntry fee hawu🙆.
Thank you for sharing your honest thoughts about us Nigerians. You have acquired Nigerian accent in the way you speak. God Almighty will continue to bless your marriage as He has done over the years. I am a UK based Nigerian and hope to visit SA some days in the near future especially to see the Reed dance live
Stop the stereotype. I'm Yoruba, and I don't like pepper. None of my family does. I have a lot of friends that don't like pepper/chilli either. Stop generalizing nonsense.
Tell your husband, WE ALL LOVE YOU so if he misbehaves, we would come and spank him, You are indeed appreciated for showcasing our positive side. Cheers
It's not a borrowed western culture. It has always been in Nigerian culture to give and give Wedding we give Funeral we give Naming we give It's just our way of expressing emotions 😊
We are happy to have you in our household and you must have understood now that colour with which Nigerians are painted is incredibly false. Now you are experiencing the hot weather as you did not know what heat is all about. One point of correction is that Nigerians are not loud in seem to be a negative manner in which this "loud" thing is being portrayed and hyped about. It must be understood that it bothers on perception as we in Nigeria or other West African countries consider the way the South Africans and East Africans speak especially pronunciation of some words as weird and funny. For example, south africans and east africans pronounce the word Against as "Agenenst" and this even excite just smiles from us . We make no single story of it with all its dangers. God by his creation located Nigeria in the hot climate with greater rain fall but placed South Africa in snowy weather, so it is not to be taken for caricature. Yet Nigerians simply don't bother about that characteristics of South Africansor East Africans because that is peculiar to your linguistic nature. Surely even in South Africa the Xhosa speak differently in accent from the Zulu or other tribes and that is how it is with different countries. My sister I am not being hard, just to point out that when something goes on for long unabated or undisputed it becomes a convention and a norm that is believed to be true when it is. Once more welcome to our family, now you are a Nigerian being married to us. Please come home to Nigeria, let your children at least imbibe the Nigerian indomitable spirit of goal getters. God bless you.
You are so, so on point our wife!🥰 However, please tell the whole SAn to be scraping their mohodus also; because the black of green things on the meats are animal poops! I’m so sorry to say🙏🏾 I saw you for the first time just now on another lady’s RU-vid channel who is also married to a Nigerian. I really like your joke about the generator, but the truth is we’ve always being loud and flamboyant people even before the common use of generators🤣💗
Nigeria is a tropical country and most of the major cities in nigeria are in the very tropical regions of nigeria so its inbetween warm and hot but in north is very cold like southern African weather some states in the north during this time drop to 13 14 5 7 degress only Jo's drops to 4 and highest in a day is 20 to 27 but with very low humidity and its also dusty as hell especially during the peak of the harmattan states like kano Jos kaduna borno etc get really cold land they areent major cities and most Nigerians that migrate to diffrent countries live in major cities and have never even been to the northern region also in the south south as well during the raining season its warm and cold Your husband is indigenous to the south west region

@@mrsakala 😂😂yhh I'm aware sa is cold as helll , south Africa is too cold for me even summer is not warm enough but i visit a lot tho because my mom is xhosa and igbo and i didn't grow up in sa so I'm not really used to the weather per say , I grew in mostly Seychelles my dads country and nigeria which are tropical countries , the north is great tho its were u would see most of the natural beauty of Nigeria but sometimes has insecurity problems due to tribalism and religious tensions
South Africans do dress up when attending a wedding. Every nation they try their best when attending a wedding. The level of dressing can differ because of culture and social norms. Some people are over the top and some are suttle. I have been nigerian weddings in the UK. The food is really nothing to write home about.
Load shading , Eskom just report the theft of their properties which Lead to inconsistency in electricity ,,, you think we don't know we live in SA and don't don't have power every day so what are you saying here you hater,
@@petergyang9784 Oga sir, please what's the problem? Why would I hate Nigerians when I'm married to the most respectful , remarkable, handsome and intelligent man who knows how to mind his business?
@@mrsakala it's what it's We have problem of electricity in South Africa because of cable theft And people didn't want to pay / buy electricity That's the reason Beside that no issues If all people can learn to appreciate everything we have Life will be good again
