What I like most about Antonio's channel is his practicality. He does realize that people need shoes in all sorts of conditions and activities. Some other men's fashion channels only show you these sleek shoes as if you never need to walk in rain / snow / country side.
I’ve watched loads of videos on essential shoes, and I must say, this is the best one I’ve ever seen. And that’s for one simple reason: it focuses on the function, rather than specific styles. Because one person’s work shoe is not another person’s work shoe, and the same goes for casual, date night, etc. You give enough advice that anyone can make a start on filling in their necessities, without getting so specific as to remove the fun. Kudos!
Antonio, I have being suffering from bad wardrobe for most of my teenage years and early twenties and all because of bad clothing choices. I have discovered your channel a year ago and I haven't taken it seriously, but recently I decided to follow your teaching and bought few outfits and I have changed from douchebag to elegant looking young man. The power of suede is infinite but, once it’s watered, the power is no more lol. I always spray mine waterproof before wearing them, everyone should do that as well, not everyone wears suede, it could elevate your fashion sense in other’s mind. Go for it!

I'd say pretty much the same shoes as other men. But boots with a heel or thick sole will make you look taller. And I've always associated combat boots with tall, skinny guys who are into streetwear.
I appreciate the purpose built approach. For me the “edc work shoes” is my safety toe boots (black pair and brown pair). For my “suiting/dress shoes” I have my black oxfords and brown derby’s. For fitness my Solomon’s and Nike’s. Everything else in the list is covered by my White’s Boots 10” smokejumpers in black. Just ordered a brown pair. What’s missing?

I have one of those suede boot, it makes alot of sound and I feel pain in my toes maybe because it's tight around those areas. I also have a chukka boot my dad bought for me 7yrs ago still in good shape only new sole is required because it's slippery

Man, I really like some of those Thursday boots and the new sneakers too but I've always been hesitant with buying online considering I live outside the US to the shipping times are rather long, but also that I've got a couple shoes with very different sizes for UK/US so I've never been able to tell my proper size on those. Does anyone know a brand that's good for size comparison that's widely available? Like CAT or something like it?

They never do discounts be it Black Friday or Christmas but they products are worth it. If you don't have the money save it, you'll be happy that you did.
Have to disagree with you with running shoes and squats. Although flat shoes are the preferred shoes, some heel lift can be more comfortable. I have flat feet, so sometimes I prefer to life in my air max's because they're more comfortable.
I can not believe that you said that shoe could be worn with black tie. It was not a very formal shoe. Then you turned around and said the wholecut should not be worn with black tie. The Gentleman’s Gazette called the wholecut the “ultimate gentleman’s shoe” and I agree. I always wear my Crocket and Jones wholecuts with my tuxedos. If you want to see how good this looks, check out ANY of the Daniel Craig James Bond movies. He always wears Crocket and Jones wholecuts with his tuxedos as well.
Thursday Boots = meh Save your money and buy Red Wing Heritage Line, Truman, Viberg or Trickers. Excellent quality compared to Thursday Boots. He’s sponsored that’s why he has to nice things about it or Antonio doesn’t know anything about boots or shoes in general. I’m just saying!
