It depends . For example the amount of iron you need: 8 milligrams a day for men. 18 mg a day for premenopausal women. 8 mg a day for postmenopausal women
Love this! Pls next if you can give information on what vitamins not mix together, I’ve heard something about not mixing iron and copper? Which others aren’t recommended to mix and probably add the best times to take them as well. I’ve seen you giving the best times already for magnesium/mornings but I forgot the rest😂.
