I have a folder of your stretches and have been doing several for the last day and a half, and I already slept better by doing the arm exercises for all 3 pinched nerves. First half of the night I didn’t wake up with arm numbness once! Thank you kindly! Also I’m giggling as I learn some lower back techniques because I’ve taught myself variations of a few of them simply by practicing what feels good. It’s nice to know my intuition isn’t always wrong! 😂 I’ll be doing them better and adding to them now, thanks to your channel. One thing I’m learning is I’m to aggressive and not gentle enough, and that’s part of why I sometimes hurt myself, and seeing your gentle motions will really help me better myself. Thank you!
thanks for this info topman i have spinal stenosis/sciatica mainly on my right side but my left buttock/piriformis muscle is the most painful i mostly do these exercises but i may have overdone them thanks again
Don't know there's much I could say there. Varies per person. Face up is definitely best, because it won't accentuate any curves or overstretch any muscles
I think this is the only video that emphasised loosen the spine joints before sleeping. I have L5 s1 posterior herniation 6mm and I followed other many videos which all mentioned the same things and place pillows under your leg blah blah blah. I stilll get sore left leg when I do that. Today i tried the shown exercises before laying down and then try to wiggle tail bone further by pressing it down on the bed and move my pelvis side to side to loosen them up. This helps a lot.
