I have mild Scheuermann's kyphosis. I find i have one segment of my spine that gets very sore. (Lower thoracic) I find sitting for long periods makes my back sore. I am 52, male and also have osteoporosis. In the past few years it has really affected my life negatively.
This is the best thank you, i always see videos about lower back but this is where i feel the most pain. I sleep like that and have been a sloucher forever
I love your work, I had a cervical fixation 4 months ago and it’s been good and pain is down and the pinched nerve was released and now I can left my arm. But a month ago the pain started to come back to me in my thorasic spine, and I am trying to get red of it.
😳 watched only until 1:33 of the video and I already had like 6 OOOOOOHHHH!!! and AHAAA!! moment's. that's what I like! information, short pleasant to watch video. it also prompted me to correct my posture immediately 😅 thank you
There is superior all-in-one exercise: arm wall slide. Sit with your back tightly into the wall, one leg extendended forward, second leg folded under the first one as close to you butt as possible (provides support). Make shure your entire spine line head to pelvis is not arching much and tight to the wall. Now expand your arms and hands sideways tight against the wall with palm forward and bend lower arms up 90 degrees while keeping directions like if are holding dumbbells. This is the default position. Now excercise: slide your arms up against the wall as high as you can, return to the default position, make sure your body is pressed against the wall entirely during the exercise. Repeat for couple of minutes 3-4 times a day just at your spare time. It's a high-effort, high efficiency daily exercise for bad chest posture
Maybe i'm wrong but looking at this video and the 'pinched nerve' video I found that while doing pull ups and other exercises i was keeping the chin up and overextending the neck.. i hope to recover from my pinched nerve and my scapular pain soon.. thank you Sir.
I have twice now injured my shoulder while exercising the first time was months of excruciating pain with no relief and no DR even once mentioned a pinched nerve, this second time around I investigated a bit as I wasn't going to go through the agony I felt with the first one. I am trying other techniques and came across this video, I so do hope it helps and will do it starting today! I preferred the lying down one since standing and sitting are almost intolerable for me at this time. The only position I feel some relief is lying down. I am on prednisone, Tylenol, baclofen and topical ointments and so far nothing is allerviating the pain other than me stretching and then as soon as I stop it comes back. I am praying this will help! THank you!!
Try these too! ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-0zcNvVnKjCA.html And ice it, 2-3x a day for 10 minutes. Inflammation can hinder the exercises and cause more pain
Hello Stefan. My left Shoulder Blade and rotator cuff was injured 3-4 years back will Punching a powerful Hook with my left hand in a punching bag. Since then I tried Physio for Rotator cuff which is better know.. but no 1 knows the physio for Shoulder Blade or gets confused and hence I still have severe pain when doing a chest press or lat pull down for back with heavy weight. It's been 3 years I am in light or average weights.. Will these exercises resolve the issue from the root for my left shoulder blade.
