Thank you for your video 💞 I can't watch any video about resetting/planning life because I'm from Ukraine and it's hard to plan even when to wash my hair. However, your video brought me hope and I decided to do some ways to reset :)
Great video, I have been decluttering my office which is a dumping ground for my crafts, books and daughters outgrown toys and clothing. I sold a bunch on Marketplace and the rest I have donated to my local thrift store. I also have recycled old cards, letters and bills. I want to go back to the Netherlands🇳🇱 and I’m starting to save now for it. Also planning a trip to Tuscany for my 50th ( in three years 🥳) so why not save now and learn Italian as well. 👍💰
I am 73 and enjoy your helpful videos. Just sorted, cleaned and repacked my Christmas decor. I have been giving away a few sentimental things that I want to make sure the receiver understand where it came from and why I gave it to them. I like the idea of Swedish death cleaning so that our two sons and wives will not have a bunch of "stuff" to get rid of. I like more empty space rather than full over decorated shelves. I start cleaning in February. One room at a time. Then when it is warm weather I can go out and play.
For me, 2023 will be a year of less work. One of my projects at my job ended, and instead of taking another one from February, I will start working 3 days a week. This is agreement which will last until end of a year. I am in high paying industry and even 65% of my salary is above national average. I am aware of the privilege I am living in. And I want to enjoy more time with my family. We will use this time for a trips around Europe. We live in southern Germany so this is possible.
I really appreciated the idea of using categories for the new years plans/resolutions - following this I was able to come up with even more things to shoot for in 2023 that I had forgotten about, and the ones I already had feel more concrete when organised this way :)
Yayy!! Finally Christina came with this video and I was eagerly waiting for this video you are my inspiration and I wish you reach 200K Subscribers very very soon!💞☺️✨
You are always great with the variety of topics on your videos that you so cleverly show how they intertwine. It feels like you are the good friend with the wise advice you need from time to time! 🥰 Looking forward to 2023 with you 😘
I always feel so much better after I watch your videos. I feel like my goals are attainable, even though they are pretty far out of reach at the moment lol
I need to rearrange the guest bedroom. I store things under the bed. Which means getting it all out so I can move the bed by the huge nightstands we bought for that bedroom. I have been putting it off for a few weeks. It’s not goi g to be bad. But I know my dogs will want to go out. And if my husband isn’t here or doesn’t want to do it. I will have to stop and start over when the come in. I may do it one night when they are all in bed with him
I’d love to try Native deodorant now that they have new packaging, but does anyone know if their ingredients have changed? I bought the eucalyptus one at target in 2021 and I had second degree burns on my arm pits. It took me almost a year to fully recover but sadly continued to have discoloration, sensitivity, and awful smell even after a shower and when I don’t sweat.
Hi there 😊 I feel blessed to have found your channel recently, I have been trying to apply the minimalist habits to my lifestyle and your videos have been a great help and inspiration to me. I play your videos as I clean/cook/etc and it really helps set my mind at ease, I love that I don’t feel pressured or judged when I watch your videos and I really just wanted to say thank you so much for all that you do and share with all of us! 🌻
I really enjoy your content! I would be interested in learning how you care for your clothing and how often you replace pieces (what's the life span of clothing and how many wears does it usually get sort of thing)!
Great video as always! I love the down to earth realistic presentation of information. Now I start thinking about the why of buying something because of your video. Do I really need the item or do I want the life it seems to embody? Thank you! This video will help me move my life forward.
Thank you so much for this very well done video! Isn’t it weird how much motivation you can get from what feels like a fresh start but really nothing has changed, just the number on our iPhone home screens. I also hope to take advantage 2023 and can’t wait to see what’s in store this year!
Love love the life categories! ❤ I did a similar one, I don’t have career this year because I’m happy where I am but I do have spirituality and creativity as something different 😅 have a few little goals
Thanks a lot for the video. The idea of extremely detailed planning of things to get excited about them seems great to me. I've decided to do some analysis of spending in January and probably February. Cause I understand, that I'm ready to spend more money for things like skincare, but I can cut down costs on eating out
Have been decluttering various areas of my home the past couple months… just went through my closet and got rid of soooo many clothes I no longer wear… now feel like I really know what I have that I like and it’s easier to find something to wear 😊
As always, an excellent way to think about your life. Thank you. Last year was about right sizing my home. This year is about decluttering what doesn't bring me joy or have a purpose, as well as getting my eating out expenses under control. Being happy and grateful with what I have.
Love this! To reset this year, I'm doing a low buy/declutter, portion control, more exercise, more boundaries in relationships, and going to bed 30min earlier.
