BTW Penny isn't in this list because she had ALL of her star powers and gadgets reworked. Penny was the problem and not her items, so its fair to leave them out of here Also she would take up like half the video lmao
Actually, Bea's Honey Coat SP was way more OP on release that everyone was saying she is S tier in Bounty during that time. When her 2nd SP was released, Honey Coat can be activated again even after dying in a non-Solo SD match.
@@SproutFromBSI just wanted to state the fact that honey coat didn't just let you survive with 1 hp but also gave some invincibility because you and the person that made the video forgot to give that information.
@@simonnico3637 I was there before the SP was released and I don't know where you got that information or I don't remember her SP having extra mechanics like that. What I originally said is the only true info. & fact about Bea's second Star Power.
Theres also pipers old gadget that shoots 4 tiny shots that deal 500 dmg each and it was so useless because it only hits when enemies are moving in a straight line and it tanks could just walk up to her and she wouldnt be able to defend herself but it was reworked to the auto aimer gadget we have now which is way better
Ohhh you are right, I probably didnt notice because the name didnt change and it looked kinda similar to the new one, I remember that one i really liked it
Tbh it's only saving grace was the fact that the shots counted towards Piper's snappy-sniping star power, the current gadget's bullet still counts though
8-bit's SP was never "broken", it was absolutely useless outside of showdown, it would've been good for knockout, but 8-bit is too slow for knockout for him to be viable even with the revive
Extra Life is by far the most liked in the community despite it being OP by far, and that's saying something cause I remember people seething in anger over it, it's just so unique and fitting for a brawler like 8-bit
@@molly-molly925 Sure! Recoiling rotator used to reload all Darryl's ammo and Vengeful Spirits got a longer-distance damage And Steel Hops got Reworked too from 90% shield ONLY when he rolls to 25% for 3 seconds
I swear i was the only one of my friends who took that Star Power seriously. They were like "Ready to make funny speed move?" While i was literally a master tactitian trying to figure out how to both hit the enemies and my allies at the same time. MAN I FREAKING MISS SECOND WIND SO MUCH!!!
Honey coat was changed several times, they changed it i think like 5 times, making it one time in a game, or one time every time she dies and comes back. The reset was too op, but the 1 in a game was very bad. So they changed it back and fourth and after several times they reworked it.
Poco's first ever star power back when you could play brawl in portrait mode was that every time he died, he would basically unleash his super but in a full 360 degrees radius.
I think it's just fair for mr p to get his 1st revolving door star power back, you know a max who has infinite ammo, reload speed, and movement speed? Yeah she can boost the entire team to approach you quicker, instantly destroy porters, and make you cry in the corner. Both of mr. p's gadget and star powers are below average, and since he's easily countered by aggro brawlers (Sam-phobia), he needs a buff since he is hot garbage. Heck spike and gene are everywhere since mr.p is their only best counter if you can't hit your long range shots. For once I don't want spike and gene to be meta since no skill curveball and best super in the game.
I remember when shelly's band aid was a thing when it healed you full hp, that was like a second life in showdown, it lasted a long time since the devs were on vacation
You didn't include Darryl's star power rolling reload. Instead of giving him a reload buff it used to instantly reload his ammo. Most of the time it was pretty useless because you rather roll with full ammo
No it was changed as it was overpowered, look at sneak peeks at the time. Although most players roll with full ammo, you could essentially infinite cycle if you charged a roll. That would be even more broken at that time considering not many counters to Darryl were present, so infinite supers = knockback constantly
The honey coat star power of Bea was also annoying and broken in brawl ball, where you could tank all the shots by that star power and put your ball into the goal.
I don't think this is counted, but Mortis had a star power where he could collect dead souls and heal 1000 HP. It got reworked to today's unused star power which Heals Mortis by 1000 HP when he kills a brawler
I think that spirit slap could be more useful if it would increase damage by for example 30% for 5 seconds after pulling an enemy to Gene's. What you guys think?
A gadget that I think should be replaced is Bo's totem. It has caused way to much trouble with the multiple game breaking cheese it created. Besides, I can already come up with a gadget for him: Mountain treat: Bo will drop a mine that deals 40% less damage where he's standing
3:02 Actually Tick's backup mine was replaced because his second gadget did everything that the first one do better. First one: dash and a single mine. Second one: 50% shield, 1000 damage and knockback.
I think either Supercell forgot or either don't want to make changes to base dmg/heal abilities such as (combo spinner) bc with the addition of the new lvl 10 and 11, brawlers got more dmg and hp, essentially it widens the gap between things like (combo spinner) and (survival shovel), same thing with others like (T-bone injector) bc they don't provide the same value as before at lvl 9 max.
Honestly they should've changed Mr. P's Revolving Door SP, because when it first released the name made sense spawning porters faster, but now, what does a revolving door have to do with a beefed up porter? It shouldn't be a version 2, but an entirely new SP
I mean the poco old super with 1k healing seems weak until you realize back then health was much smaller and so was damage. Like primo's each punch dealt like 49 damage or something like that
When swan song released, it was actually good. I remember using it because there was no insane stat padding, so 1000 hp was 2/3rds of a brawlers health.
By the way You forgot about about Darryl rework His first star power was put as baseline and then nerfed And they gave him a new star power that gives him shield after rolling And the second star power used to give instantly 3 amo after using super And now the second star power doubles the reload speed
Every randumb using Mine Mania after reworked Tick's Backup Mine and nerf to Last Hurrah gadget on Tick Idk why people is using Mine Mania even in brawl ball Last Hurrah is BY FAR the better gadget for Tick
Supercell: Avoiding death that easily is too strong (although it was only once and you were very likely to die after anyways) Also supercell: Let's create a brawler that has a super that can revive not only himself but the teammates too
If they bring back the extra life then it would be balanced bcz u remember if u die u loose 2 ammo but this will probably give 8 bit an advantage bcz of the 1st gadget
If my memory is correct about ''Swan Song'' 1000 healing was a good amount of healing before Supercell increased HP and DMG of the brawlers i think is was in beta
Swan song has a very cool idea mayby in the future they should make s brawler thats passive is related to its death like after you die heal teammates by more than 1000health Deal damage to enemies knock back enemies stun what ever you can imagine
Not a rework but a kind of useful buff: I would love to see that if you play Surge and use his gadget which levels you up for a short time, that you can reach (and only with the gadget and Surge is on 4th level) a 5th level for that amount of time when it's active. Would be great I guess and you could still use the gadget at his 4th level :)
Honestly, as crazy as it sounds, I would be fine with Extra Life returning, as long as it cost your Super (in inventory). It would at least give some additional use to his Super, other than just for damage, and it would be really obvious because of the radius. It would still spawn with one ammo.
i think 8-bit is to reliable to his super the only ability that he has for his main attack is the extra credits gadget which is only useful in heist But i think that alongside Edgar and Amber, 8-bit should also need a rework there is almost nothing he can do without his super he just kinda feels like a level one Surge Still good idea but honestly he just needs a rework (I’ll stop typing i feel like such a nerd 🫠)
We need to know Poco's Swan Song was a Star Power that was deleated BEFORE Brawl Stars's global launch, where damage and health numbers were way low compared with today. It was the first ever reworked thing in the game!
"Why would you keep your Gene's Super for just a little more damage" is the same as "Why would you keep your Charged Bea's shot for just a little less damage" When will someone understand this
Wait, when did spirit slap get changed to deal 1k flat? I haven't even considered using it in so long I thought it was still the 300 damage buff with charged super 💀
there should be a game called Brawl Stars Power Overload where(if you have supercell ID) have your original account but it’s the brawlers before their nerfs like when they were op
about swan song In BS Beta, health and damage used to be way lower but they were increased on release, it was probably still bad but 1000 health then was way more than it is now
@@CarnageGameYT the "ded video" is indeed awesome, but then there's no community anymore, it's sad. But anyways you gotta delete that, supercell is watching all of it Unless it allowed you to just not show the video, and keep it anyways, but well, that masterpiece of an video is still with me, please never delete the ded video Hope you didn't have trouble reading this essay
@CarnageGameYT Here is a video idea: Top 5 (might be more) Brawlers who's avatar (Not exactly avatar) got reworked (Example: Penny, Jessie, Pam, Daryl), its not a good idea but at least u have somsthing to make!
