I had given up on moving to Mauritius about 15 years ago, I found that the entry requirements were too steep for me to even try. Last month, a friend shared one of your videos with me and after watching a few minutes, I subscribed straight away. I didn't realize the varied options that were now available for living in Mauritius and that one could potentially keep their Discovery Medical Aid Cover (Discovery Africa) in Mauritius. Thank you Shane and Jules for sharing your knowledge and insights, I have dusted off my "Move to Mauritius" notepad and look forward to speaking to you both and utilizing Rolfe International's expertise in living the dream. I've also started learning French in the hope that I get "adopted" faster by the Mauritians. :)
Hi Rolfe and wife - this is one more video that I watch of both, and I have selected you as my advisors in Mauritius. I will eamil you soon when I'm due to come over...
hello Rolfes! Congratulations on the channel, we have been following you. We heard in this post that, if we are vaccinated, we can enter without the need for quarantine. Is this correct even before October 1st? The information has been confusing across all channels.
Yes you can, you need to get a pcr test 48 hours before, another pcr on arrival, then isolate for 24 hours awaiting pcr results if clear you are free to move around island.
Hello Rolfe fam. We’re considering making a move to Mauritius in the next 2 months with our 10year old son. Just wanted to kindly ask, for a child to be enrolled at an international school over there, could they be enrolled while initially on a tourist or through the premium visa scheme? The visa updates sound wonderful, although not sure whether it would be a quick process to enroll our child at an international school dependent on the visa we originally opt for. Thank you 😊
