@Daddy Vladdy or u actually look up the lore and find out that the claim of "level 999 defeat dul incaru" is basically made by savathun, an enemy character that tricks players. In destiny lors theres a couple characters known to break the 4th wall.
Just so you know. In “emily wants to play” A happy face is “true” and a wink is “false” So the developer was telling the person in code “that is correct”
Edward Reid ikr I guess there must not be a large fan base because I don’t know Morse code but you can literally look up a chart and figuring out what sound is a dot and which is a dash is really simple so shame these fans
The face in the sky in Resident Evil 3 Nemesis can actually be seen on a poster on a wall at the back of the same screen. So, my guess is that the girl's face is actually part of a billboard that we can't fully see or they used a higher resolution of the same image as a placeholder for the sky... that they for some reason forgot to remove, either way it is a little weird to see that face staring at the player.
I don't see how the skull in south park is an unsolved mistery, it's clearly a removed weapon It's not like there's a live sprite or anything And it's not like a child's skull is weird for South Park
@@williambarrett1683 Really seems like the sort of weapon the game would probably give to the "Jew" class. I mean, in-game it seems like a misc class type?
@@solknuckles2408 nah, weapons arent class locked. It seems like it was initially supposed to be something found in the church graveyard, which so far has been cut from both games, which they didnt put in the zip bag in the sewer cave along with all the other "Satanist" type items that were also probably gonna be in the graveyard
Hey oddheader Respawn Dev here and not sure if anyone has reached out to you about the "dog" in Apex. But I can confirm that "dog" is in fact a glitch. This made the rounds at the studio when we saw it on reddit. What happened here is during this time, we had a glitch with Bangalore and certain skins that would make her invisible to the players. And the "dog" running by was actually a "floating" R-99 gun. We disabled the banglore skins shortly after and had it fixed by the next patch. And to the person getting hit in the firing range, is also a bug. When people load into this map, they are actually with other people but we have it so they do not show up to the user or the party. Sometimes when we introduce a new legend, their effects will "bleed" into other peoples games and thus they see weird effects. So yea, those are debunked. but we do have a giant Nessie easter egg if you want to show that off. There's videos out there of players triggering it. Anyhow, I enjoy the content man and keep doing what you're doing. Cheers!
Really interesting to hear the Firing Range is a shared online map with everyone invisible… really cool way to split a server while making it seem individual.
re: GTAV Madame Nazar there's a whole SET of different messages she can give depending on various obfuscated conditions, of which some seem to impact gameplay, like one was like "Nazar sees everything you do, even the smallest misdemeanor" after which one guy reported that suddenly ANYTHING he did which would normally get even just One wanted star suddenly gave all 5 there have been several threads about his on /r/chiliadmystery
Isn't it a reference to a seance from Gta 4 which was a segment on the talk radio from that game. It would make sense since Love Fist got a references throughout Gta .gta.fandom.com/wiki/The_S%C3%A9ance
On the Resident Evil 3 creepy face: it's a higher def duplicate of the poster over the "Catholic Student" sign, on the corner on the wall near the center of the shot. Maybe when rendering the file, a duplicate was on the BG layer and the artist working on it and the supervisors didn't notice.
If you climb onto one of the towers (at the very right) with Bloodhound, he actually has dialogue. He says "We are not alone" which is odd because you can't be shot while up there _and_ no one else has dialogue while up there.
I think the pentagram is just a reference to Rockstar It's a star under the "R" of New Hanover. Also everyone in Butcher's Creek is weird because their water supply is tainted with arsenic
I commented the same thing. And honestly it makes the most sense to me. Like how "where's Gavin" is an Achievement Hunter quote and he's just a roosterteeth easter egg, not a mystery.
@@Wenjo936 you should look up Strangeman. He covered the Gavin Easter egg and it turns out the letter carried by the distraught settler actually indicates he suffers from split personality disorder and that his Gavin alter ego actually up and disappeared one day.
@@feloniousbolus4842 like you get it's a reference to rooster teeth but they have it mild lore in the game. I'm surprised Gavin's friend's name isnt Dan or Micheal. But there are 2 achievement hunters voice acting in the game, so I Gavin joke is entirely possible
Their water supply is tainted with arsenic and lead as a result of the mining operations. Arsenic exposure can result in cognitive and intellectual deficits in children but the effects on the adult brain are less noticeable, the more noticeable affects are to the digestive system in the form of severe abdominal pain and passing blood. Lead poisoning on the other hand can cause memory loss, mood disorders and issues relating to concentration and comprehension in adults as well as severe mental/physical developmental issues in children. It also causes a similar range of gastrointestinal issues with similar effects to arsenic poisoning. So yes, heavy metal poisoning could certainly be a contributing factor to why everyone in Butcher Creek is a cranky, gullible weirdo when we come across them in game. Incest on the other hand while culturally taboo wouldn't cause any noticeable physical/mental abnormalities for several generations (ie. they wouldn't necessarily be born physically/mentally handicapped as a result of the small gene pool unless it had been going on for centuries). The children of the village are basically doomed should they be unfortunate enough to survive though.
So for clarity the destiny 2 thing: The lore book which contains the 'clue' to defeat the dungeon at level 999 is a book containing a number of overt lies told to us by characters who are either fronts for other entities or are completely unrevealed but suspected to be related to Savathun, an evil god of schemes and lies. Most players didn't actually expect anything to come of the action being completed and the 'cipher' at the end is just a direct message from Savathun basically telling us we did what she wanted. There was never any secret or mystery to that part of it. There may be a real 15th wish, personally I just believe the 15th wish is the raid itself. The 'last wish' raid. Either way I don't see the actual end of the dreaming city story being something they would hide that completely, they seem to prefer the majority of story content to be available simply and to all players so its end will likely be in a larger content drop, possibly a future season or expansion.
Thanks. I think that this is a thing thats brought up by too many people that dont know any Destiny lore. We literally have references to datamining and 4th wall breaks. We even have characters talking to the player specifically in the lore
12:00 I don't know if anyone's pointed this out, but the following two strange occurrences are caused because the training map shares servers with all of the other players, and there used to be a glitch with revenant that allowed him to hit other players with his ability while in training. And the targets are likely caused by other players as well.
About the Metal Gear one: 1. That wasn't Metal Gear Solid. It was clearly Twin Snakes, its remake. You can't look around in the PS1 version, and the gameplay shown is definitely not from the PC version where you can look in first person, as that looks just like the PS1 version with higher resolution. Twin Snakes was created on MGS2's engine, so of course Solid 2's story was known to its developers. 2. Metal Gear Solid is not the start of the franchise. It's the third main game and the fourth Metal Gear game overall. Not even in America, as Metal Gear 1 was released there on NES. Other than that, great discovery! People always said Twin Snakes is a simulation created for Raiden because of its over the top cutscenes and being released around MGS2, in which Raiden says he went through the events of the first game in virtual training. It may still turn out to be a mistake by the developers though, so it's not a 100% confirmation of that theory.
I subscribe that Twin Snakes is Otacon's version of the events of MGS. That being said, when Raiden references going through Snake's events in MGS2 he was referring to the Tanker mission, considering at the time Raiden was only meant to be a self insert of the player and you, the player, just finished the Tanker mission as not Snake
What? That was most certainly not Twin Snakes. Twin Snakes has graphics more comparable to MGS2. And you can look around in the PSX version of MGS1. Notice he was using the sniper and camera to do so.
A friend of mine pointed out that Pip couldn't really have a skull since he was squished. Maybe that's why it wasn't used? Also, carrying around his skull (glowing eyes and all) would've creeped me out anyways.
That wolf discovery in Apex Legends is really questionable, seeing as data miners didn't find anything that looked like a wolf in the files and no one ever saw that happening again. If that is a teaser then kudos to Respawn because that's really clever, i'd love to see that happening again when Loba is close to being released.
It was proven to be a hoax. So early in season 04 there was a glitch that made certain skins invisible for characters like Wraith, and Bangalore. Oddly the glitch never caught her cloak counting it as a separate article to her outfit. Somebody did some pixel matching, and found it was similar to an invsi-wraith, with a kraber.
No I could see (and i dont even play our own the game) that is was that naruto runner person. It was very spot on and in that video the guys came about 90% close to it at one point.
you never know because respawn have been really clever with tricking dataminers especially after the death of Forge. respawn seem to be keen on tricking the dataminers and making sure that no one finds out what they’re planning after that big leak back when the game first came out...
Pretty sure that MGS part is from the game “Metal Gear Solid: Twin Snakes” which is a remake of the original game released after MGS2. The game is already more ridiculous than the original and a lot of fans consider it a version of the Shadow Moses incident that Raiden got to experience when doing VR training.
@Galante also it came out way after MGS2 and MGS2's story got doctored alot during its production, so im confident the VR target is misplaced asset, not a hidden clue for a game Kojima didn't help make
Just wanted to clarify that you can jump between systems in Elite Dangerous up to over 300 light years away in one go as many times as you want as long as you have a good ship, fuel and a neutron star to boost you, getting to the other side of the galaxy isn’t too difficult and many players (including myself) have done it before. The problem is the sheer number of star systems in the game that haven’t been explored. Less than a percent of the total systems have been visited by players since release in 2014 and Raxxla could be in any one of them.
@@Eazy-V He's saying that you should sacrifice a body to the exact coordinates the woman in the outhouse in RDR2 and Madam Nazar in GTA V: The Diamond Casino Heist have given you. There's a lot of shit I'm still finding out since I started playing RDR2 in 2018.
I am Savathun fulfilled |m|delighted|g|expectant I'd suspect the m and g have something to do with them, seeing as they're separated by a line. Surely more to the message.
I love unsolved mysteries in games. This channel is perfection. The only thing better is when they actually figure out these secrets. But I feel many will go on unknown forever.
Borderlands 2 the forest in the blood fruit mission the back pond where the 2 trees pop up. Over the ledge by the water if you shoot in the right area you see damage numbers pop up sat there with infinity pistols and the bee shield just damage numbers. What's there?

YES! I'm so glad the pentagram under the house on RDR 2 made it on the list! I found that myself and I spent literal hours trying to figure it out through doing a whole string of different things with no results, still have no clue at all.
There was videos out a long time ago about bringing a goat there in sacrifice, I can’t remember what happens when you do it or how but I know people have already done more steps than shown here
the apex legends one where there are weird things going on in the practice arena/firing range is because respawn try to save server space by putting people on the same firing range server but making them invisible to each other and whatever, but sometimes it malfunctions and sometimes you can see the other person/people your sharing a server with or you can see what they’re doing and the targets they shoot fall down. it is very rare though and even more rare to actually see them but it does happen and i doubt respawn are going to waste their time fixing a non game braking glitch.
it’s assets like those that get shared over because they take over the most server space, and also Apex Legends is a strictly online only game and can only be run on their servers, probably to stop hackers from finding away to reverse engineer the offline server and replicate it into a real match... overall it’s just easier to host it only and share assets and things like that.
A bit of a short one, but in Five Nights at Freddy’s: Help Wanted, there is supposedly a never-changing value labeled as “Glitchtrapdefeated” or GlitchTrap defeated. GlitchTrap is the antagonist of the game, with no way to really beat him. There’s 2.5 endings (because one of them just gives you a game over), neither of which see you defeating GlitchTrap at all. The community is still racking their brains trying to figure out how to defeat GlitchTrap, and the devs have even said that there is “one secret left to be discovered”. Many theories have been tried but it seems like a wild goose chase.
In between the two big blue "Storehouse Bluemountain" signs at 3:45 there is another person. Invert the colors and it is a hooded face and hand holding up a piece of paper or something in front of the mouth.
@@Agentshadling Sorry if it sounded rude, but honestly look at the footage, that could easily explain it, and it's not uncommon to see a floating gun being carried by an unrendered player
1:55 To me, that looks like an invisible person running with a SMG in their hands. like, holding it close to their chest and swinging left and right slightly. while the SMG itself is likely to be one with holo sight and extendable stock. It could be that since it seem to have appeared behind a glass railing and some distance away, maybe the transparency of the glass glitched and somehow only showed the weapon the person behind was holding. But overall, the footage is pixelated and small and I've never plaed Apex Legends so it could be anything.
To anyone wondering about the “strange occurrences” in the firing range of apex, when you are in firing range, it is basically a shared server between a set amount of people, when someone shoots a target for example in a seperate firing range to yours, it will be activated in your firing range, the same goes for some champs specific ults etc, there’s Easter eggs in apex but very poorly hidden, anyone who’s played the game since release would know that the game has more unintentional problems than intentional when it comes to this kind of thing, nothing to really look to deep into, and the dog like creature was definitely wraith before naruto run was patched
Nah bs. That was a dog or wolf. You can clearly see the legs while it runs. No one will ever convince me otherwise. The character naruto running only looks very vaguely similar
I’ve never played Apex, but is it possible that the “dog” is actually the top half of a player running with a big gun over their shoulder? That’s what it looks like to me.
@@jasonjohnston4766 how would a random silhouette running in the background only seen one time that just happened to be caught on a stream be a teaser for anything, that makes no sense
The dog in apex is most likely put in there by the lead developer, his dog sadly passed away during development. There's also a small shrine hidden in a corner of the map paying respects.
Looks more like a draw distance loading issue. Its an SMG with a long stock w/ red dot when they zoom in. Even the player said upon going above all they found was a bangalor player in the same area.
In response to the MGS Twin Snakes part, it was theorised that Twin Snakes as a title is a VR simulation of what actually happened in MGS1. Raiden in MGS2 mentioned that he underwent training of Shadow Moses in a VR simulation. Twin Snakes is implied to be that simulation, which is why it's a remake of MGS1.
2:49 I think i figured it out. The “wolf” looks like it could be a gun that a player was holding but the player wasn’t rendered leading to only the gun. Homefully that makes sense
Yeah, it's practically impossible for the entire galaxy to ever be explored before the game shuts down. Even after half a decade it's fairly common to stumble upon an undiscovered system during routine travel.
Alot of it is procedurally generated, any time we discover anything new or different then what we currently know Frontier (the devs) update it into the game.
@@solemnsoul Well, that's at the slow speeds of our current rockets, I'm pretty sure the ships in Elite Dangerous have faster-than-light travel. But yeah, it's still massive.
Don't know if someone already found this but i was messing around with noclip in the re3 demo and found a strange ladder in the middle of nowhere ... it's behind the stagla gas station underneath the map and when i tried to climb it Jill was just stuck .... i even have a clip of it
3:20 the firing range actually has other players but you cant interact with them but during season 4 if you would use revenants tactical it would silence the enemy
This but with a little downside. I feared the day will come where I will not hear the name "I fart in Elevators" under the Patron Supporters anymore. This day has finally come, unfortunately.
I can't seem to find anything about this anymore, but in Halo 2 there was a "glitch" where if you were playing custom games there was a chance a completely black spartan would walk around, shoot random stuff, and I _think_ noclip through the map. Pretty strange, and probably scary. Imagine thinking your by yourself in a custom game, just goofing around, and you hear footsteps and gunshots, and then see a player, but no one in the leaderboards. Spooky.
@Inexperiense Good point! But how do I know you're not one of them? Just a quick question, totally unrelated, but how would you describe the shape of your pupils?
Have you ever considered finding the golden toolboxes in Dead By Daylight, specifically the last 2? The first several toolboxes were just hidden in maps with no triggers needed to reveal them, but that has changed since last year's Stranger Things chapter which required certain actions be completed. Well, the last 2 toolboxes on the Dead Dawg Saloon and Midwich Elementary maps are extremely well-hidden, with the devs even saying the latter "could possibly be impossible, depending on circumstances". I know the DBD community would love to see these solved.
@3:10 There is a simple explanation here that I can confirm for the anomalies. The training grounds is actually a server and is not locally hosted or offline. It is still possible to interact with other invisible players. Particularly noticeable with revenants tactical.
@@grizzlydino I'm not really into South Park, but if Pip basically had the same role as Butters, shouldn't Pip have been kept instead of Butters? Why did Butters replace Pip?
@@byungbin1395 Butters originally was a background character until they gave made him simular to Pip and decided just to replace Pip with Butters since he was a more developed character. And they killed off Pip, though they could have given a different role to Pip instead of killing him which Butters probably wouldn't exist because of him. But it is cool if Pip returned though since he's my favorite character though I seriously doubt since South Park never brought back a character expect Kenny.
12:21 seeing as the vr crystal was found in the gamecube remake of mgs1 that was developed by an outside company, it very well could just be an Easter egg that people are taking a bit too far
3:25 The training map in apex legends is the same for everyone. everyone in your server are in the same game, but they other players are invisible. sometimes the game glitches and shows what other players are doing
not sure how known is it(especially on 4 year old easter egg), but the morse code in emiliy wants to play, could be translated to: "basement lamp broken", suggesting its just a funny easter egg for people who want to translate it, unless ofc basment lamp is referign to something else.
That METAL GEAR SOLID mystery doesn't count, since it's the unnoficial remake called THE TWINS SNAKES. problably just a nod from the VR missions. pretty neat tho, didn't know about that
@@Fullonnoob That's what I think as well, MGS1 was the actual events of Shadow Moses, while Twin Snakes is the VR simulation training Raiden went through before the events of MGS2.
3:20 This one is a glitch. Due to the fact that was in the launch day for the update, servers for training were completely full, so some people needed to share servers without even noticing. This only happened Day One S4
Oh wow, seeing you cover an Elite: Dangerous mystery is so cool, was playing the game while watching this :D I wanted to send an E:D related mystery over actually, until I realized that it was already solved.
10:50 Id argue it’s very cool with the idea that we know we already couldn’t trust the lore book along with the fact that the message to bagel relates to Savathûn and what trickery she is already playing before her dlc has even come
3:58 for the resident evil easter egg, on the brick wall on the right side of the screen there is a poster or something that looks very similiar to the face in the sky... or maybe it's just me
3:33 All players in training ground are actually sharing the same server. That's why the Revenant canceled hit them. It was a glitch that was allowing Revenant to damage other invs people in your sessions. During that time it was rather easy to kill people in the training grounds as well.
Fans: what you planned this all from the very beginning Kojima!?! Hideo Kojima: that's right took you long enough. (Actually this was just a coincidence, I just wanted to mess with them for one last time)
Idk, there's hints of stuff like this all over the series. Like, the main character in Phantom Pain is explicitly a "clone" of Big Boss, and he was given all of Big Boss' memories. It makes sense that MGS3 was Venom Snake learning how to be Big Boss though a VR interface while he was comatose. How else could Colonel Campbell yell at you about time paradoxes when you fuck things up? Lol
And, while MGS2 wasn't a VR simulation, it was a "simulation" of the Shadow Moses Incident, carried out by an advanced AI system. That's pretty much the same thing. Lol
I think the "wolf" in Apex Legends is just a distant model of a gun behind held by a player whose model didn't load. It's moving just how a held weapon would if the holder was running.
Hey Oddheader, the Firing Range "Easter eggs" are because you are in a shared server with other players during the Firing Range, even though you don't see them. So sometimes you are affected by what the other players are doing i.e. Revenant's Silence ability or Bangalore's Double Time ability while being shot at. It's not an Easter egg.

Pee Wee: *raises hand* Tour guide: "Yes?" Pee Wee: "Where's the basement?" Tour guide: "Excuse me?" Pee Wee: "Aren't we going to see the basement?" Tour guide: *laughs* "There's no basement in What the Golf." Tourists: *all laugh* Pee Wee: *walks away embarrassed*
The weird shit in Apex were just glitches. The “dog” was a glitched bangalore running with a SMG. the “howling” is probably just machinery, and the firing range reacts sometimes to other players using it even if they’re not in your server.
That last comment about Elite was a bit inaccurate, yes it would take 200,000 years to cross the galaxy at the speed of light, but in elite you can go significantly faster than the speed of light, AND you can jump between stars with jumps up to 70 light years. Crossing from one side of the galaxy to the other has been done hundreds of times in Elite, although it takes months.
Here's an unsolved discovery: Bioshock 2: in the Dionysis Park level,on the way to the carousel from the main room of the level(the room with big statue in the middle),you see a Big Sister outside the window who teleports away/disappears and outside that same window and a little bit upward you will see a fully rendered/modeled Big Sister stuck there in an idle standing position. Why is there a totally random Big Sister stuck outside the level?? 🤔
Most likely it's just an oversight/ coding error. As when models in game preform an animation that goes just out of the players view most of the time they either immediately disappear (as once the Animation is done/ it's out of the players view the model gets despawned) or the model gets teleported to a new location where it either stays in the last position the animation finishes on, or back to its default model pose= T/ A pose. Most likely the model was supposed to finish the Animation and then her model was supposed to teleport out of the area most likely either above the skybox, or under the map, (out of the players view) where later in the sequence the model can be called back in if needed (keeping the model preloaded in).
