I don't mind dropping protect on these sun teams, as flutters job is to deal damage while offering support, chances are aren't not protecting to often. But the team sounds cool, I think Entei is in a solid position

I think H-Zoroark is interesting ATM, type is very good, but I personally like the scarf set on it, I think in the current metagame, it's a little too slow into the top threats

@@scooteezy Very true I was able to get by in Reg E and it use to help me knock off Goldengo cuz it’s Shadow Ball wouldn’t land and I figured it could do the same with with Kalyrex Shadow but there’s definitely faster PKMN running around right now

@@scooteezy I actually used the Eternatus team. I ran into a bit of trouble with caly shadow torn lead. If they set tailwind. I’d love to see some videos of how you pilot that team.

Iron leaves is a mon I need to test, it seems super interesting.

@@scooteezy it basically covers miraidons ground weakness and has the moves to help. I made it out speed scarf chi yu in terrain, clear amulet. Close combat, leaf blade and psy blade and protect. It basically is my rillaboom without interrupting terrain and if they want to change to grass terrain happy days I have leaf blade to help it out 😂

@@winterknightvgc and at the same time this is why smogon keeps getting too Many players even tho Its competitive is not official. I mean I play both, but you see this kind of teams, compare this with the top cut smogon ou teams for example, and you can notice the difference in variety. Furthermore, you have all the different tiers options. If you Dont like the current vgc meta, you wait months for the Next one, if you Dont like ou for example, you play UU. This needs to change if Nintendo/gf wants people to play vgc for any other reason than " It is official". And It is not my intention to hate on vgc because I love batting overall, but man, they make It much more interesting

@@sebastianfernandezruiz5070 I disagree that Smogon is more interesting. I don't play VGC to use obscure mons, I play bc I love vgc. Banning things is extremely lame in my opinion and VGC will never have tiers so just like OU people are gonna use what's good. If u wanna use UU mons then play UU, it's right there for that reason. I play VGC bc I love VGC and part of VGC is using what's available. If u wanna use a mon that isn't very good your welcome to do that as well but don't expect other people that want to win to do the same

@@winterknightvgc you ban things because If not, a pkm that is clearly Broken appears in 70% of the teams. People Will use the BEST ou teams as possible to win, ofc, but when you look at It, the variety of choice is a million times bigger. And OFC if i wanna use uu Mons i go to uu, that IS what i was saying, but you cannot do this in vgc. In smogon, if you want play a pkm competively, you can play It in Its tier, where It can compite, while in vgc, you if you Dont like the 15-20 pkm that are used, you are fucked, and you Will have to wait for the Next metagame to come. I am saying all this because i would love vgc to be enterteining and original as smogon tiers are tbh, but there IS nothing we can do about It, so we better get ready to see incineroar, rilla, pelipper urshifu etc etc in the same teams over and over i guess. got fucking extremely tired of the lack of originality in reg F, scared to see smth ever worse in G

First off, the format technically still hasn't started, and a bunch of top players haven't even started testing. You also gotta remember there's a few hundred dollars on the line in these events, so when it's early format people stick to what is good, and through the years the F/W/G core has proven to always be good. And yes while some Pokemon are broken, there is always counterplay. In a vacuum there is no Pokemon even close to Calyrex Shadow imo, but you look at how players adapt, wide guard is everywhere, incin has started running AV, we've even seen defensive tera normal, which imo is the issue with singles, they just ban good Pokemon rather then finding ways to beat it, and I understand that broken mons in singles are inherently better since there's only 2 mons on the field, but that's just the nature of 6v6
