This video does give some good ideas to consider and I do appreciate that this is all highly individual. I just can't help but be a little annoyed at the mention of "migraines" as something that's not serious enough for you to buy medicine for. I don't think anyone who truly gets them would have this opinion, and I do think that talk like this is why people don't take migraines seriously as an incredibly painful condition that can be disabling.
oh I take it seriouly! :D I spend all day sleeping and feeling sick. Migranes are the worst! I definitly see the benefit of taking something to be more at ease, but I also try to stick it out as long as possible. Not that that is the best method.. :D

if you use chlorine bleach, make sure to add vinegar to the water or drain afterwards as this turns the highly reactive chlorine compound into a neutral, harmless salt that cannot harm you or the environment
