Public Rec's The All Day Every Day Pant is what Alpha wears to the gym AND running around -- they look dynamite. They're made of super light-weight fabric. The pant leg is tailored, and they don't have a super tapered / tight ankle so he can wear them out casually and still look fly. And thats just for day one. Imagine if you go 7 days like me. You would have yo go get a mortgage to finance your gym cloths. There are just simple basic rules. Appropriate footwear, pants shorts or long and any top. You are going to be in for less than 3hours and then in to the washing machine it goes. I just buy my stuff from value village or something..

Best ppl in the gym. the ones who wear simple shorts and shirts that cost no money, quiet, intense, waste no time, polite, ask if someone is using the venue, rack, ignore the women who try too hard to get attention, do cardio outside because that's where people should run, ignore anything that's done to pick up chicks, don't try to talk to anyone in the locker room, get in and out, park a few blocks away or better yet walk, are grateful for the health and chance to workout because so many can't

Things to bring to the gym: 1) shorts, and shirt/tank top that covers the basic areas, socks ad sneakers 2) spare shirt to change into, and outer layer for after the workout 3) water bottle 4) your keys Anything else is just fluff, not a necessity. In my opinion.

That is why I go to Planet Fitness. Nobody is wearing the shit this guy is selling. As best I can tell everybody is wearing Wal-Mart duds. I'm in a tshirt, baggy shorts, and Saucony shoes. So beta....So VERY beta. Oh, and fyi, when it comes to the oxygen deprivation masks, the more you wear them, the greater the effect. I don't own one, but if you're constantly taking it off you don't get the full effect. Who cares what someone else is doing in the gym, cardio, wrist curls......so what??? It's the gym, not a fashion show. You're there to sweat. If what another guy wears in the gym matters that much, then change your name, because "alpha" doesn't really fit. One more thing, we GET that you like your $95 workout pants and v-neck hoodie.....but it seems like the majority of the video was about marketing. But I'm sure you got lots of free stuff from that company. I'll stick to my cut off sweat pants, t-shirts, and Chuck Taylors. And in my experience women are more impressed by what is "IN" the workout clothes than the clothes themselves.

Alpha's don't care what others do unless it effects them, only beta's would care that much. And the majority of the video was about marketing that clothing line. As I said before, if someone wears cut off sweats they got at the Goodwill, a sleeveless t-shirt, and Chuck Taylor's but is well built, it's the guy IN the clothes, not the clothes but hey, tell yourself what ever you need to. Getting into a Mercedes or some other really nice vehicle to drive home in doesn't hurt either..... Trust me, the women are going to remember the well built guy who gets into the nice car, not the guy who was color coordinated while working out. Now, other clothes will matter, but not the one's you wear while working out, when you're all hot and sweaty. Sure, there are some exceptions like spandex

Gotta chime in here. These videos keep popping in my feed. As I've watched, I've been shooting all the same negative game that I'm seeing in the majority of the comments. But with each video, I become less resistant. This guy is giving pretty legit advice. I'm 40, married with 2 kids, love my career - so I guess I think I have it figured out. It started as a video about what not to wear, and turned into an advertisement. If I’m not doing cardio, I can wear timbs, or my Nike combat boots. But in all honesty when you’re in the gym, you’re there to work on yourself with what ever goals you set for yourself. Whether it’s to improve your weight, appearance, and gain confidence you should be allowed to dress and work out how ever you feel confident and not have little or big douches like this one judging you.

possibly here to kill myself .mp4 Well when I’m off work, I have my Nike combat boots on which are basically high top sneakers. But I keep a pair of timbs in my locker to change into when I’m off. If I head straight to the gym and I’m not doing cardio, there really isn’t a compromise or any negative side effect of the boots. I wear my boots laced tight, not loose as you see most individuals wear them. Upper body doesn’t care about foot wear. But then that begs the question; committed a Fallacy. But it’s subjective to the individual and whether you believe it’s still right to wear them or not. The point is, if you and I feel comfortable wearing something different to achieve the same goal. There shouldn’t be a issue, and we shouldn’t be judge for what makes us unique.
