Part 2 in the series...
10 things Jill Bolte Taylor needed the most, after her Stroke, we cover number 11-20.
On December 10, 1996, Jill Bolte Taylor, a thirty-seven- year-old Harvard-trained brain scientist experienced a massive stroke in the left hemisphere of her brain. As she observed her mind deteriorate to the point that she could not walk, talk, read, write, or recall any of her life-all within four hours-Taylor alternated between the euphoria of the intuitive and kinesthetic right brain, in which she felt a sense of complete well-being and peace, and the logical, sequential left brain, which recognized she was having a stroke and enabled her to seek help before she was completely lost. It would take her eight years to fully recover.
These are her 11-20 things she needed the most, according to her book: My Stroke of Insight.
Both Jen and Phoebe are available for Zoom sessions to help anyone recovering from a Stroke or Brain Injury.

Thanks very much for the info. I am a stroke survivor. I was quite surprised to realize that my Father had sent me the book! I put it away, when I realized that I couldn’t read it! It’s been almost three years, home, and rehabing ever since! Prior to my stroke, I was a cinematographer, and, a trained Percussionist! I feel like I can build on this, to “ get some back.” I will get back to that book. My Dad died in July. The fact that he sent me the book? Meaningful. Thanks.
