Good tips, the only thing missing since not all of us can switch houses and have to grow families in the first one, always look for school districts bc that's going to be important for your future kids.

Yes, good school districts will be beneficial. No one wants to live in low poverty run down school neighborhoods. Although, it’s still school. You can’t keep away all the bad. I’ve noticed the high end ones can be just as bad, or worse (environmentally not academically). Good luck on your home!

These tips are super useful. My parents bought their second property a few years ago and these tips would have helped avoid many mistakes they made. They are currently struggling to sell the house and are having regret. Thank you Eva these tips are very helpful ❤️. Will definitely use when I finally buy a property.

I had previously watched some videos on "Open door AD" but not so convinced right after watching them. Actually I entered into Mercedes Benz R&D as a software engineer few months ago. But I keep a lot of interest in having a dream house in Mountain View California in future. So I'm planning my dream house whenever I have leisure time.😊 Eva! You explain things very nicely. I actually try to be like you even at my workplace and people here love me for that. It would be amazing if you could give your perspective on having a bright, neat and beautiful house.💜
