May I ask a question. is there any auditory nerve damage from repeated ultrasound？

My radiology appointment reads: An appointment has been made for you to attend the Radiology Department for the following: For: US Testes May I ask if this is a safe practice? I may need a scan over my bladder but because I reported swelling and pain in my right testicle the doctors have decided to request an ultrasound for US Testes? I do not know why it would not be recommended for the skull due to the health of the brain but be accepted for the testicles in spite of my spermoza. I understand sperm regenerates? Is their a time span for spermoza regeneration? I like children. Would you recommend a discussion with the doctor/radiologist about my condition that may be a recurring urine infection before having any radiology scans? I have tried multiple times with these NHS doctors and they do not listen properly! Usually I cure myself with natural remedies before the expert finds the actual causation or a positive enough solution (if I manage to avoid being bullied into antibiotics by neglent health practitioners!) One think I have a doubt .... I believe we need a full bladder for pelvic ultrasound s .. as renal ultrasounds or in females better visualisation of uterus and ovaries ... and also in early stages of pregnancy ... but if patient is with not suspected renal problems is it mandatory to have a full bladder ??? Make it clear if it is mandetory or not for every ultrasounds ...because it hurts so much ...and it is much problem when parents don't understand this properly and order their child to not urinate and eat lots of water when they are referred to radiology department ... he should just start holding pee before 30 minutes of examination ...I have done this about 25 times in life and every time my parents forced me to hold pee and eat lots of water ... they don't geel necessary to ask advice from radiologist or technologist at that place ... and in result this panic developed a psychiatric problem ... and trying for several months I can not get over from it .... life has turned its most worst days .... and no one can feel it ... I earnestly request all parents to take advice from radiologist that what to do before their son's usg ... I can feel the problem which make my life fully hard to survive .. no one can understand my problem because they don't know about it properly ...
