Great presentation guys thank you. We have a motorhome, but some of those essential ideas you shown here are really useful to us. Especially like the idea of the sliding draw, we have a swift and it seems to lack a decent draw for all those bits and bods. Just for those wine drinkers out there, we added wine bottle holders and glass holders to our van, as essentials. Couldn’t do without them. Love your videos, keep up the good work. Thank you.

Good list.. I love the suction mounted accessories. We have something like it in our shower. Something that is real big in the States are the Command hooks.. we use them for everything. Thanks for a great video.. really enjoying your channel.

Can't beat microfibre towels - coming from tent/ backpacking to caravanning I already knew about these - they are a godsend, Clipped onto the edge of the awning, they dry out super quickly too

Brilliant tips and most have been or will be implemented. Ear plugs I couldn’t be without as hubby is a bit loud. Although have you tired the silicone ones - they soften to your ear shape and therefore cover more of the eardrum. Have watched all now so Keep them coming. 👍😁👏🏻👏🏻

Hi Guys, with you on the Gas Stop. Simple & easy to use & fir but most of all safe. Our biggest thing we would not be without now is the Auto Levelling System. Now it is literally arrive, detach car, push 1 button & a couple of minutes later the whole unit is level is all directions. Simples. Cheers Non Stick Nick

Good video I watched another one of your videos not long ago when you mentioned mountain warehouse for microfiber towels .We bought 2 of the largest towels and found them to be excellent and they are so small and light when folded up.Will definitely be buying some more microfiber towels of various sizes.

I tried ear plugs when we were in Wales and the trains early in the morning sounded that they were coming through the van. Woke up in the night and honestly thought I had died as I could hear nothing. Had to take them out, never used again. that's absolutely gospel.

Great things just ordered the gas stop off amazon although it has the indicator and we have 2 bottles and can change over it’s the leakage part which is good also 👍👍👍

I like the suction towel holder in your awning, a brilliant idea. Thank you. I would be worried about the holder you have in the shower though, it might drop off and damage your shower tray.

Hi Dan, The basket in the shower has been in position throughout the season (we don’t remove it when travelling). The suction cups are extremely secure not like some of the cheaper versions available that do tend to lose suction. Cheap & easy way to stop hangers from 'jumping' off wardrobe rails whilst towing -- fold a pillow in half and wedge it above the rail. Everything stays in place

Cheers for making this video, never come across the Colapz waste pipe kits before. We designed our fully serviced pitches with a trough and hose to take the waste drain to the van. However, for our guests visiting other sites with serviced pitches, I think I’ll recommend them the Colapz waste pipe kits in the future. Chris

John Mayberry I use small cut off strip from artificial grass. One outside awning and one just inside. It’s weatherproof and cleans shoes well. 😁

The Collapz pipes are great but just be careful when collapsing them. It really hurts if the corrogations catch the skin on your hand. I know because Ive done it, ouch!

i liked most of these but i liked the first one I don't comment to your channel but I watch them on my Andriod tv set box Keith can you put the link to the lights and if you have the size of the base as i have a old Fleetwood Heritage van which i have larger lights in

WANT A LAUGH? I rushed away and bought stuff in your vlog and a huge box arrived from IKEA, piquing Jill’s interest! That won’t fit in our ‘van she promptly exclaimed when I showed her the slide out tray? I then showed her the clip from your video to convince her the depth is not a problem whatsoever... 🤷🏼‍♂️ Turns out she was right all along... 👀 We have drawers - not doors... 😳 🤪 😂 Anyone want a cheap IKEA slide out tray?... 🙄

Hi Keith & Michele, we are new to caravanning and hope to go away next month, but we are not sure what to do about taking frozen and fridge foods, our caravan is in storage, can we turn the gas on and put the food in the fridge before we go, or do we have to put it in a freezer bag and wait till we get to our destination before turning on the fridge? I don’t want to sound ignorant, but this is something we are not sure about. Kind regards, Mike

Hi @mikebro2557 Welcome to the caravanning community Mike ❤️ We always put our food in the fridge & freezer just before travelling to site, it’s always been absolutely fine. We put the fridge onto the battery symbol, which then takes the power from the car, but only when the engine is running. Hope this helps, Sending our best wishes to you, Keith & Michele xxx

When will somebody come up with an awning with a zip on the outside just next to the awning channel that where can be attached a piece of awning material that goes over the caravan to the other side , where is can be put into the other awning channel ( using another zip ) and inflated to give a slightly pitched roof to allow the rain to drain off but more importantly keep the noise of the rain to a minimum but still allowing for vents to be opened . Sounds daft but I think it would sell as an add on if the awning had the zip already sewn in . It could be removed when sunny . It would only need 3 sausages that inflate to keep it about 2 feet off the hard roof to stop the noise . Anybody wanna pitch it to dragons den with me ???

Great video guys. Why not do 10 things I dislike. Don't mean to be negative. My top two are a) I scream in horror when I see, especially in summer, fully loaded cars, kids in back and unit being towed in the motorway outside lane at 70+ MPH and b) those caravan drivers who think it is ok no to use towing mirrors.
