When I was born ( a very long time ago ) I lived in a 12ft Bluebird caravan until I was two and a half. I don't remember it of course. Then my sister was born and my dad bought a 27ft Travel Master caravan. Even today I get homesick for it. We had a real coal fire with chimney and a water tank heated by the fire. Water was from a hosepipe. It had two tiny bedrooms and a drop down double bed in the lounge, it folded up behind wardrobe doors in the day. It had little gas lamps high up on the walls but they burned the ceiling. Each evening we had light from a paraffin lamp with glass shade. We had a little gas cooker, the gas bottle was outside. Eventually the coal fire burned the wall of the water tank thin and we couldn't use it.Then had two paraffin heaters for heating. We lived like this ( on private land ) until I was 16. I was bullied at school and called 'Gippo'.I did my homework by torch light in my tiny bedroom. Our beds were 2ft wide, floor 2ft wide, length 5ft 6ins. Tiny wardrobe at the end on the floor area. We moved when a by-pass got built. By this time the seams of our caravan were sealed with putty and all the windows were sealed closed with putty, couldn't open them incase they dropped out. We got housed by the council. I'd never lived in a house, I HATED IT. All that brick and concrete above my head! No soothing rain on the roof, had to climb stairs, nightmares every night, trying to get home to the caravan and failing. For decades! They're not so often these days. Just thought I'd share this with you!

I like it. Made of tough fibreglass that will not leak. This is how all vans should be made. Compressor fridge is very nice. It's a yes from me.

Hi Cameron you have just thrown our retirement discussion into total chaos lol. We were just talking about our little campervan size wise and cost of upgrading to much bigger one and this vlog appeared and auto played. It stopped us dead in our tracks! Looking a great product and sealed fibreglass as in our 30+ years of caravaning keeping damp out has been a issue for most. All the people involved should be proud of bringing product to market. So now we are negotiating a new situation. Best of luck to all and you may see us afterall.

I follow a few Turkish RU-vid caravan channels and have been impressed with what they have on offer there. It is good to see that they are now available in the UK. For me, I would have much preferred the onboard water tank for winter camping at ski resorts. Also, I do wish that this had an aircon option. An absolute necessity for my climate. For the UK market though, I think that the choices that you have made are appropriate and good. Good job Cameron!

Wow, absolutely fabulous!! Have been looking at the Go Pod but really wanted a wash room and then you pop up with this! I haven't caravaned since I was a child in the seventies and coming up to retirement want a caravan for the dog and I to go exploring. It is quite a daunting thought to do it on my own and am watching as many videos as I can to pick up tips. I think my friends would describe me as quirky and want to thank you so much for coming up a design that I would have chosen myself. Now to find space in the diary to get see one in person!

These are fantastic. I wasn't expecting a loo, never mind a shower. You don't need for anything with one of these.

Amazing. At first I thought these were a little plain but as you spoke and we saw the different options I got really excited. The basic design for longevity is perfect and as you showed the different designs I thought these are brilliant. Rethinking about getting a mini caravan again now! Lol!

Rightfully you should be hugely proud of the Capsule. I love it but just wish it was a tad bigger. Im 6'3" & I have a 2020 Freedom Twinsport Flare and frankly struggle with its size. That said well done Cameron !

These are gorgeous I’d have the grey one but I’d want the retro wheels I’m more of a luxury hotel person but really enjoyed looking at these super cute caravans

With a washroom/toilet. The way is should be! Perfect. Hope we can get these in the Netherlands too. Would have been nice if the bed was a tiny little bit wider.

Great van, only bit of advice is it would be good to have some material under the front window - for when the bed is made - think the fibreglass would feel cold to sleep against.

I love it!!! We have a Freedom Twinsport as we wanted a big bed but if it was just me and the dog id go for this over the Freedom - it looks easier to clean as well as being cool!

These are lovely. A lot roomier than a Go Pod. I love the white wall tyres and all the colour schemes. Been looking at various 2 berths as there's only me. The washroom looks great.....It would be good to see the awning and how easy it would be for 1 person to put up.😍

Maybe small caravans is the way forward rather than towing a house behind 😊

I am really impressed with the design and the price. Regrettably, there are four of us, 2 adults and two children. The only way that I could see a way around that would be to buy a large tent to provide more space. If only a campervan could be sold for a similar price. I often take Cubs camping, but it's too posh for the free mud 😂

This is mark 1 version can we have a mark 2 version made a little longer so it can be used for a two week holiday. With a bigger hob & grill, tv point a heater and more space for food prep and slightly wider front bed for normal sized un athletic adults then it may sell loads.

The white and grey ones look amazing. I own a Go-Pod, also a one piece fibre glass construction van, but the capsule has the advantage of having a washroom and full height across the length of the van. Would definitely consider swapping the Go-Pod for one of these 👍👍

My parents since I was 10 had caravans, I personally think a thin wardrobe in corner of entry cupboards would work Also in Australia our caravans have pull out and tuck away drop steps to enter the caravans which a not expensive to fit welded to the underfloor chassis than having to carry a portable step ... I think personally a cutlery draw & cupboard doors under the stove sink with shelves are a better option. Nice little caravan otherwise...

I think these are wonderful. I wish they sold them in the United States also. The price range and the amenities, everything that is included, is wonderful. I like the white cabinets up top but would prefer the wood-colored cabinet doors not the black. I do like the curtains. If the toilet is removable that gives a person more space for showering. And if a person really does want a wardrobe, the bathroom can be used as a wardrobe or a mud room when not in use. Just put your boots in the shower and put a spring rod in the bathroom to hang hangers and clothes on and you have a wardrobe. I think this camper is wonderful. Thank you for sharing and for letting me share. P.S. I also like the white cabinets under the stove and by the door as opposed to the gray. I like just white and light brown wood colors, no grays or blacks. :-)

I like them! Especially the gray ones I think. However, I would want an axle upgrade for MTPLM 900-1000 kg, to allow more payload.

his is definitely the BEST mini caravan, and you could compare it with the TARDIS, I LOVE the single one-piece body, coming from parents who owned caravans for over forty years water ingress was a battle on all sides, I love tenting, but this is definitely on my shopping list, There is nothing out there (that I'm aware of) like it. We all have different wants and needs, I think I would have deleted gas hob and gone for battery and inverter and induction cooktop. Fabulous caravan, gas heating and hot water would be nice is that possible?

I think the bench tops should have rounded edges to prevent injuries and follow the trend of curves inside the little van otherwise it is absolutely perfect.

Very nice! They share a lot visually with the freedom. Feels like its missing a 3/4 berth option? They look like sleek little runarounds but with great build quality. And with the freedom carpento coming in around 20k + last time i checked, its a good time to hit the market at a lower price point

Looks like a great alternative to the Go-Pod, especially with the bathroom. The one negative is the size of the bed, just seems too small to be comfortable for 2 people. What size is the awning and any photos? Any USB charging points? Thanks

Firstly, let me say that I'm coming at this from the view of someone with a large twin axle caravan with a fixed bed, so these are not a caravan I would consider. However, as an upgrade from a tent I can see them suiting some people. A couple of things I would point out, the lack of windows makes them look a little claustrophobic to me. In the lounge of our caravan we can sit and have a 270 degree view. The cupboards whilst being full length, with the doors not being that long it would be very difficult to get to stuff in the ends. I imagine that these would be a weekend caravan and not used for extended breaks or tours. Also, as you have to purchase from Leeds Caravans, wherever you live in the UK you would need to take it back there for any warranty work.

Would make a great campervan attached to a small pic up chassis, would need to have flat back of the mini van up against the cab. Very big internal space very well thought out, just perfect for one or two people, 200 to 300watts of solar panels on the roof for extended off grid capabilities. The Future is now

Really cool. I'm wondering if there is an option for aircon (though the insulation does seem really good)? Also, I wonder if a bunk above the bed (that you could pull down when needed) at the expense of some storage might be a future option, as I don't think the bed is quite big enough for two. (Given the single-piece design of the shell, this is probably wishful thinking)

Do like this as better than the GoPod due to bathroom but what about aircon/heating? Stayed in statics in France and without air con they are a sweat box when temps are up. Same when in cold weather summer in UK without heating may as well be in a tent. What about plug sockets as one cooking solution people favour is the Remoska. Oh and what awnings are compatible as that is another difficulty with Go Pod.

Any chance of ditching the gas altogether. Then no gas bottles and piping. Easy to have an induction hob inside and BBQ outside?

They are quite lovely and look so well built. Shame that there appears no awning option or even a pull out sunscreen? Retro fit an awning rail as with a campervan for a small drive away awning perhaps?

Just a pity that they did not do a fibreglass version of an ABI Adventurer. That van has a better size and use of volume. One point of many is that the ABI has an onboard gas locker which keeps Butane warm at -10c

looks like a perfect mini caravan and im impressed with the bathroom. My only thoughts are that there seems to be a little lack of standard equipment such as the heater, and as stated a external BBQ and socket should be a standard item. I also think solar should be compulsory in all caravans. The awing looks pretty decent as well. I would rate it as 7 out of 10 so far and im sure by next year this will be heading upwards as the company sees what is selling. Ive looked at many caravans and the one that ticks all my boxes is the Tab 400 but the nucamp 4 berth boondock rather than the uk one thats only 3 berth. That the one someone should import.

What sort of awning do you think would go with them?

A few questions... Where do you get white walled tyres from when they need replacing? Why is there no wardrobe, when there is space for one where there are worktops instead (eg opposite the hob)? And i think i would have chosen blue to match the Umarsan logo rather than just plain white.

My only thing would be no skylight to let hot air out.

Great little caravan. The finish looks better quality than the Freedom. Is there any issue with the smell of fibre glass?

Tow weight? Magic fan? Self leveling? I love it … but still a few questions. It’s not for everyone but it’s not meant to be! A great alternative to van life!
