Twice in a row we had Harbingers wanting to use the Gnosis for personal reasons, so I don't doubt that Capitano also has something he wants to do with the Gnosis

@@Truck-kun11 not really for Arlecchino, she wanted the gnosis for the Tsaritsa , it was her mission to get it and if you want to include the children of the house of hearth, then it's bc if they don't complete their missions other fatui will become involved with the house and Arlecchino make it clear she doesn't like that and would fight back if anyone touches her children. The whole " to save fontaine from the flood" was just a decoy, besides before the flood she never mentions the gnosis, she just said she wanted to help preventing the flood and that Furina wasn't doing anything about it (even pretending to be a fontainan) It was later when she made the deal with Neuvillette to get the gnosis. Besides, she had plans for her children (the magic pockets Lyney and Lynette were holding and other things ig,) so she would have never let their children drown, gnosis or not. Also... what could she do with a gnosis?? I took a dragon sovereign descendant to stop that thing.

Because there won't be major story in 5.2,we might be stuck there in 5.1 until 5.3 patch, but that would be a good thing,because Traveler can spend their time fighting abyss monster and defending the castle. Traveler stamina is really high

@@noxie4638 yeah, the only thing that I dislike "about them" is how the story after inazuma hypes them up only for them to lose against arlecchino the moment she gets serious without even showing us that they gave it their all since we don't see them using their elemental powers, despite theoretically expecting it from them. I really hope they address this in the future and make it look intentional (like people telling them that they seem quite prideful or noting that they could improve their usage of the elements or something like that) because as of now it looks like a plot hole
The Pyro Gnosis is probably the core of the Sacred Flame, similar to how the Dendro Gnosis is the core of the Akasha, Hydro one being the core of the Oratrice. No way she'd just give it out.
Thats why i think Capitano will lose against Mavuika cuz it wouldnt make sense she loses the gnosis in 5.0 but the story ends in 5.3,plus the everlasting flame is powered by the Gnosis so natlan would litrlly just get destroyed by the Abbys

@@Valvv207 Yes. The Authority is bound to the Archon in some way, Focalors says that only by destroying her "divine throne" can Neuvillette get his power back. If Capitano is indeed the Pyro Sovereign (which I personally really doubt as Neuvillette is supposed to be the only Sovereign in a human body, but it would mean that he is just three Charmanders in a trenchcoat right now and I find the idea kinda funny), he would need to kill Mavuika to get back his Authority, as the only possible way of doing it we are aware of is deicide, as Archons can relinquish their Gnoses but we can't know for certain if they can do the same with Authority (since Focalors decided that offing herself was the only option, seems unlikely).

i saw an interesting theory saying that he might be the third descender, the one whose body was turned into the gnosis. That's why he doesn't show a single bit of skin, he can't feel Natlan's heat and he wants the gnosis for personal reasons.
8:35 in fontaine im pretty sure that we learned that the statues powers come from the sovereigns if they are alive, but also venti said that he lent us power which means that mavuika might not seem us "worthy" of the power of pyro and the only way we would be able to get it might be by helping her save natlan from the so called "devestation"
That's just speculation based on the traveler's kit, and in very loose comparisons if you ask me. It hasn't been confirmed what actually happens when the traveler gets a new element, nor what the statues actually do/ are connected to. The closest thing we have is traveler apologizing to Venti for taking the power of the statue, and Venti replying somethin like 'it's fine, just make sure to use it wisely'
Wait, Mavuika talked about impending doom and how Natlan has only 1 year remaining. Could it be that all those abyss leaks we saw (purple thingies in the trailer), are a sign that that fire thing suppressing the abyss is becoming less and less, and pyro archon can't do anything about it, and hence Capitano himself wants to save the nation?
4:35 I’m glad Mavuika isn’t willing to give it away so easily. Makes the Fatui’s plan just a bit harder. She’s the last piece of the puzzle, and I’m not sure whether or not i’d like to see her fight and keep it, or decide to give it away at the end for Capitano being able to hold his own. I’m also curious of the Tsaritsa’s plans for needing all of the Gnosis.
She can be as unwilling as she wants. We all know fatui ends up with the gnosis at the end. I'm glad she's fighting to keep it so there's a chance we get a banger fighting cutscene. I would be fkng pissed tho if they never showed this fight and it just "happened"
All we know is that the Gnoses are parts or fragments of the Third Descender, and are able to store huge amounts of elemental powers and act as a symbol of authority for the elements. They could also be used to contact Celestia, but the Retainer is eepy right now, and they couldn't do shit in Teyvat anyway. Reviving the Third Descender is kinda cool, but I don't know if they could help the Tsaritsa anyway, since they already died once. The motives might be related to Tsaritsa being much colder now than she was, since there's no way a God of Love can suddenly become like this

In the original trailer where people labeled Chasca as Cryo, I thought it was hard to see her vision well and could be Anemo. In this trailer, we actually see that she is indeed actually Anemo. With other information from the special program, we actually learned that it seems like at least the initial characters announced so far seem to actually all have the same elements as their tribes (probably). The special program confirmed which tribes each character is from, though not which elements align to the three we aren't visiting yet: Children of Echoes (Geo): Kachina (Geo), Xilonen (Geo) Scions of the Canopy (Dendro): Kinich (Dendro) People of the Springs (Hydro): Mualani (Hydro) Flower Feather Clan (?): Chasca (Anemo) Collective of Plenty (?): Iansan (Electro) Masters of the Night Wind (?): Citlali (Cryo) Even Xilonen being Children of Echoes and Geo is a little surprising. Surely they will deviate from the trend eventually? Otherwise we wouldn't get any other pyro characters besides Mavuika and any other unique special outliers. (Also I don't believe we know what element or tribe Ororon is, yet). Though to some extent it could make some sense. If a character's element is related to their mobility feature, and the mobility features are related to the local saurians, it would track that characters from a tribe might be locked to that mobility concept. And then Mavuika, future Traveler, and any other special pyro releases, would be the only ones with the ultimate movement tool (possibly true flight, with the new pyro-looking bird saurian boss). They can always release Pyro characters that aren't natives of Natlan still, so it isn't like they can't release ANY Pyro characters if this is true. Sidenote, I also would have expected the 'night wind' tribe to be anemo, but seems like it might be cryo instead. i guess a chilly wind works too.
If I remember correctly, they say that capitano was the strongest "human" that could rival an archon right? But if that's the case they didn't say that he is from teyvat so there is a possibility of him being a descender or outlander human and he uses a cryo delusion. 🤔
I think Capitano might be Natives to Natlan. Cause when Mavuika entrance to Capitano fight. She said something along the lines "I think this is more than just the Tsaritsa". And also it sounded like she'd already agreed to lend the Pyro Gnosis to him, if he goes with her plans. But Capitano says that he had enough with Mavuika's plan so now its time for him to take actions and fight Mavuika to Create a new rule for Natlan. which is not what Tsaritsa even wants. So it seems like he actually has a personal issue with Natlan Current states Sounds like Arlechinno. She goes to Fontaine to not only obtain the Gnosis but also saves the house of the hearth children from the Fontaine's Prophecy. So Capitano might as well be like this, not only he wants Pyro Gnosis, but to settle personal issues he had. So like... if he only care for the Gnosis why would he wants to change Natlan's Rule. sounds like Someone had a deep grudge to Pyro Archon

The concept of names is also highlighted before Natlan and Simulanka. With the concept of names being so strong that it can decide the fate of someone or something, this could be tied to Irminsul and how it contains the records of everything across Teyvat. The Abyss sibling once has their life recorded in Irminsul until they became the Prince/Princess of Khanreiah and fully joined the Abyss. So in a way, the Abyss is capable of erasing someone permanently from Teyvat or at least their existence disappears from it. Back in the previous Interlude Archon Quest in that temporary mindscape created by Caribert where Aether and Lumine meet again, Aether in this case says to Lumine she's the only one who calls him that. In a meta sense, we had a choice to put our names in there because most games need you to do that. However, it turns out now with what we know, it turns we could name the selected sibling is due to a deeper story reason. it is likely that Aether was aware from the many worlds he and his sister have visited the power names hold and thus he deliberately goes by a different name and by doing this he remained an outsider of Teyvat unaffected by anything that changes within it. That includes any kind of force that has such power that can influence them if their real names are known and can remain immune to fate. It's taking the saying knowing someone's true name means having power over them into practice. Talk about having a lore reason behind being able to name the sibling we pick after all this time. The Traveler up till this point had no problem resonating with the elements in every nation and most of the time, the Traveler and Paimon start off on a nation relatively peaceful before they get wrapped up in a bigger conflict. This time, resonating with the Statue of the Seven in Natlan and not obtaining Pyro is a big indicator something is very wrong with Natlan. Sucks the devs in the livestream revealed right away this fact because I wanted to get that SHOCK reaction and genuine surprise from players. It would be added engagement realizing something is very wrong for the Traveler to not get Pyro. It could be the growing influence of the Abyss in Natlan but more than likely Mavuika did not inherit the name of the previous Archon by proper means or the previous Archon had died fighting the Abyss and their name had been erased. In that sense, it's why the Traveler could not obtain Pyro because the Pyro Archon while the seat still remains among the Heavenly Principles, she in identity is already dead for real. This would mean Mavuika is a Pseudo Archon who has the power but not an Archon in the true sense. That part with the as long as the Sacred Flame burns bright Natlan remains safe could be an indicator of the Abyss's influence growing stronger and it's why they have taken the Night Kingdom and that the Eternal Flame is beginning to run out. This is why the tournament is being held. To rekindle that Sacred Flame to prevent a nation ending disaster.
Murata is a mistranslation in the Manga, the Chinese text mentions the children of "Mu-nata" or Natlan before it got changed and the last Chinese characters is the same for Natlan. The pyro archon 1000 years ago was called by Venti as the Lady of fire and War. We can't know if Venti is talking about Mavuika to Vanessa( even if from his descriptions Mavuika and that pyro archon looks similar in fact ) or if they are different gods.

0:15 OR Mavuika is an archon in position and skills(like sword skills) but not sheer power. Or Remember every archon we get as playable comes with a gimmick that makes them much weaker than their original power. Venti and Zhongli are just a humble bard and a funeral parlor consultant. We don't get Ei as playable, but rather the Shogun puppet(which is strong but cannot exert the same power that Ei commands), Nahida is a young god who just got her power, Furina got her "true archon" power separated from her when Focalors and Furina became two different individuals. Similarly i feel "Mavuika" is not as strong as a full powered archon, however she is still VERRRY POWERFUL. Easily on the GOD tier but just not quite into the ARCHON tier. This would make sense why and how Capitano challenges her..or she is simply young like Nahida. Otherwise if you think about it Ei would have definitely answered Capitano IF he had challenged her to a duel. They wouldn't have to go through all those schemes to get inazuman gnosis IF capitano alone could take down an archon. He would have won it fair and square.
You clearly have not payed attention to the game. Venti and Zhongli being Retired does not make them weak. Those are just their everyday things. Ei built the Raiden Shogun To be the exact copy of herself. The shogun IS Archon Level, Ei is playble because she speaks through the puppett as according to the SQ 2 she now inhabits their body, so Ei is playable and massively strong. The puppett kicked our asses alot in AQ and showed its full power in the Boss Fight. It turns into Mitake No Narukami. Nahida yes is weak, and she also not a fighter but she is strong mentally, nonetheless being the avatar of irminsal she has jurisdiction over dreams and knowledge and memories. Focalors never showed her power, and honestly her and Furina’s story is a special one because they were fighting against Fate itself. And needed to win. Mauvika is the God of War, she has massive power as Devs said her Queen- Like confidence backs that up. Her hair lights up all the way. The only archon that hair lights up largely is Ei, half her braid is purple when her skill is active. Shows their power. All archons are power in their own right, retired or not, weak or not, their dangerous when fucked I’m with. Even Dain says its best not to temp them or steal their authoritys in their own land.

She just had to be powerful enough to enforce laws and mete punishment when needed. Ei still resides within her so the puppet is NOT as strong as true Ei, not even close infact. Its like saying scaramouche was almoat as strong as archon without dottore's modifications. Infact, the "burst" of raiden shogun, is Ei letting shogun borrow her sword for Musou No Hitotachi. It is not her own power but rather Ei's. I am not questioning any archons power. But they cannot give "playable archons". Or even dragons like neuv at full power becauae then they will have to scale them accordingly. So they employ some gimmick so that actual playable character does not break the game. Like venti and zhongli are pretending to be regular vision holders and hide their true strength. Shogun is a puppet with some control over lightning(hence her E skill being more about utility than damage), and she borrows part of Ei's power during burst to make up for it. Nahida simply is not that strong in direcr combat due to being young and inexperienced but she is more intelligence type that cannot exactly be translated to genzhin's combat system. Hence they gave her the enabler/subdps role. Neuvilette was canonically released BEFORE he got his authority back. And Furina is an archon only in name not power. Focalors was the archon, furina was the name of powerless human half of her. I am talking how they never give us "the actual OP characters" as it is and canonically nerf them as playable characters.

After that they were written as 'ancient heir' and vision respectively. So gameplay and canon don't really mean much. Also ye shogun puppet was the perfect copy of herself as stated by ei herself. Not to mention ei fought shogun puppet for 500 years and even stated that a moment of hesitation would've killed her

What you see was not a fight between physical bodies but rather "wills", in which an automated AI obviously has an advantage. The archon is still Ei. The authority is most likely still vested in Mussou Isshin(as that it was passed by Makoto to Ei..and that is where Ei's consciousness now resides). This is why symbolically, in the fight between Ei and Shogun's "consciousness" Ei was using mussou isshin. Shogun puppet is identical in terms of appearance and is immune to erosion. Not identical in power. If there was Ei in flesh and blood righ before she created puppet(aka archon Ei) vs the puppet without mushou isshin(and perhaps hence also the authority..thsts just a speculation though as we dont really know where the throne js and how it transfers)...real ei would come out on top in a battle. Oh and regarding their powersource being the Gnosis, well venti still retains power of anemo after losing gnosis canonically thanks to him being a wind spirit, so no..gnosis is the basis of his strength as an archon but not as an anemo wielder. And Ei never even used the gnosis. Makoto wielded/held the gnosis..died..ei got it but there are no records of her using it, she creates puppet. Puts her consciousness in makoto's sword, the sword goes in shogun puppet. The gnosis was then handed to miko before she merged with shogun. Aka raiden shogun never had the gnosis to begin with
Capitano's sword looks like Kaeya's sword from the Genshin Impact webtoon manga. Also, it looks like the Harbinger of Dawn (3star sword) but have ice on it

And if you Think it twice, they usually hint clues bout the plot in the next region in X.8 main events. For example, they talk in the 3.8 bout oceanides and in a few patches they show us bout fontaine people to be oceanides. And in This patch 4.8 they talk us bout the story of the true main character in the event Durin who casually was a cryo dragon (originally made by gold) but could it be that capitano is really a dragon? (Idk its a theory) (sorry bout my grammar, im spanish 😅)

The thing about Mavuika is, she still retains abilities similair to that of her counterpart slime, the pyro slime. A pyro slime usually glows bright when it's attacking, and remains darker when it is passive. When Mavuika attacks Capitano, her hair glows up in flames, just like the slime.
I already had a theory he was the cryo sovereign, we already have hints that Pantalone could be the electro sovereign, and to me it would make sense for there to be sovereigns in the fatui as the fatui are against celestia, common enemy. And he could have the mark of the sovereign that we see on Neuvillette’s gloves anywhere, even if it is let’s say in side his mask, or the bottom of his shoe, it would make sense. (I got the whole theory because of how he is able to somehow wear his jacket in natlan which must be incredibly hot and how in the special program they said he had his ways…)

Capitano being the Pyro Sovereign who uses a Cryo Delusion was my first thought after seeing the scales. It would also fit with him saying "now it falls to me to create new rules for Natlan". Capitano being Nibelung would be such a shocker but it would be freaking amazing. Also the Pyro Gnosis is probably used for the Sacred Flame like the Dendro Gnosis was for the Akasha.
Is it me or do Mavuika and Capitano have the siblings vibe ? Like fire and ice (Diluc and Kaeya). Capitano might have sacrificed himself in the past (becoming a dark/underwold being) and then realized it still didn't go well in Natlan and decided to step in
Nah, my personal opinion, Capitano might have been the Third descender, for him to be called "Strongest human even against an archon" It somehow makes sense, actually. And Tsaritsa is actually planning to revive him. Since we know that Gnoses were made out of the Third Descender's corpse, I always thought the Tsaritsa was trying to resurrect him. Every Archon tells us that their Gnosis is basically useless, or at least that it is not relevant enough for them to make an actual effort to keep them, so there has to be a deeper interest in gathering them. (The fact that the Hydro Gnosis still exists, and was retrieved by Father, while the Divine Throne of Hydro no longer does and its power has been returned to Neuvillette kind of demonstrates that they have an intrinsic value, in my opinion). The Dororo situation would give us the reason why Capitano, strong-as-a-god, teamed up with the Tsaritsa and Pierro: he wants to get his "gnosis" back and take revenge on the Higher Ups for violating his corpse. It makes even more sense with the kingdom of the Night or whatever its was from the trailer, which is linked with reincarnation.
1:00 Nahida said that the fatui harbingers up to number 3 possess power comparable to that of gods, besides he's ranked number 1 meaning he's the strongest fatui harbinger so I'm not really surprised that he dares to face an archon.
Not just strongest harbinger but he is THE strongest among fatui, It kinda weird that instead of calling him strongest harbinger (the first harbinger) they call him “strongest among fatui
as a playable ? probably , As a sovereign ?nah we have to keep in mind that cryo gnosis still exists therefore locking his true powers ,neuvi on the other hand absorbed all his powers back from hydro gnosis so he's still the strongest in teyvat
@@sriyasreejith4106 the gnosis is only made of 3rd descender remains, the powers he got back was in the Hydro throne, and if he were to absorb it, there would be no purpose to getting the hydro gnosis anymore probably as how I see it
Also, back in 3.5, Mika mentioned Varka ran into Capitano, who "helped" them (he certainly wasn't hostile towards them either), but is it possible we might run into the Expedition team at some point? Maybe not exactly in Natlan but in future updates?
I think now it's sure that Capitano is rank first and Pierro is even above that with the Tsaritsa. And honestly. Considering that we'll likely go up against the tsaritsa next region it makes sense that we'll face the strongest harbinger in this one. But it's still sad for all the harbingers who could have gotten a fight😢 I'll just pray that they'll AT LEAST get an ingame model and dialogue
Capitano being the Cryo Sovereign is... actually a pretty good theory. All archons so far have had connections to an elemental dragon before (with the exception of Raiden Shogun). And while Dvalin and Azhdaha are not confirmed as Sovereigns, they're heavily implied to be. I wouldn't be surprised if the Tzaritsa also have a dragon of her own...
Correct me if I'm wrong. Since names are so important, have we ever heard ANY of the Teyvatans say the Demon Name of the Pyro Archon? I know we got the name from datamining years ago, and we got Aim/Aym, the Goethic Demon Duke who presides over Fire and Deception. But has say, Nahida, Neuvilette, or any of the Archons say Mauvika's Archon/Demon name? Barbatos, Morax, Baalzebul, Buer, and Focalors. Would you suppose in theory, losing the Demon Name led to the loss of passing the Pyro Element to other people? That she lost the Authority to do so? We haven't seen any Pyro Natlan character outside of the Archon herself. Food for thought.
I dunno if this is believable but I've seen some people said Capitano used to has a Vision but he threw it away cuz he has some beef with Celestia(?) and his power comes directly from Tsaritsa and not from a Delusion And considering his power IS Cryo and his sword design resembles Cocolia's ice from HSR which is BRONYA'S mom and Bronya who is heavily expected to be the Tsaritsa it isn't far off tbh
I find it very intriguing for Natlan to have a very similar setting with nothing else... ...but dark souls. - Once, was the age of *dragons* . - Then from the sparks, lit the *first flame* (primordial fire). - the people of the land *received strength from it* , but the flame waned with time. - thus, a ritual has to be done *to find the strongest* souls. - for they will reignite the fire and *keep the dark at bay* A bit of a stretch for sure (and it's been years since i played dark souls), but coincidence? I think not. ...but i'm on my knees begging for it to be a coincidence. Please hoyo, don't give us dark souls ending
We also have Capitano, the most obvious dark souls inspired knight/Guts fusion so you ain't wrong cuz after all, they DID had Dark Souls as one of the options listed in a question asking us about the games we played before Genshin.
A non lore related but still interesting detail: Chasca's Vision has changed. In the Ignition Teaser at 2:03 if we zoom in she clearly has a Cryo vision. While in the version 5.0 trailer at 3:02 she clearly has an Anemo vision. I guess when the teaser was started to be made she was considered as a Cryo character, but during it they changed it to Anemo. Considering how long it takes to make a 2d animation the change was probably made late into its development, and they either didn't want to change it, Didn't have enough time for it or completely forgot.

Valid point. The traveler's been doing this too much though with Arlecchino and a myriad of quests where they just faint after showing bravery, so at what point does it start to become overconfidence or does it always stay as bravery. They even taunted Furina with "Fighting gods? I have a resume" so I consider it as overconfidence.

The difference between most people (including us) and Aether, is that he cares even if it has nothing to do with him or could potentially kill him, especially if you give him a good reason to or if you are his friend. Something that is of course incredibly rare in real life and some may even find it very profound or unrealistic which makes sense because realistically 8/10 nobody will put themselves in harm’s way for others (and that’s only being generous), similarly to the bystander effect (which is frighteningly becoming more and more common these days). In other words he’s someone who is trying to do the right thing and trying to do what feels is right.

nahida at the end of sumeru archon quest already informed us that top-3 harbingers are as strong as the archons so it’s no surprise that capitano is so confident in his power and ability to fight an archon.

Or she dies, then gets resurrected until the end of the war with the abyss. Devs did imply that the resurrection only lasts till the end of the war, so she might actually die after its over.
We know from Neuvillette's drip marketing that there's a 'Xbalanque' - definitely from Natlan, judging from the name - , it is the one quoted at the end of Neuvi's official introduction. In Mayan Mithology, Xbalanque was a Hero who had a twin, Hunahpu, who 'is distinguished by black spots on his skin, interpreted as the stains of a corpse or as pustules'. And Capitano's body is all pitch black...
so i was wrong about Neuvillette. Still. Diamond patterns on his cloak does not mean it is necessary he is a dragon. It is possible, but only as possible as he is anything else.
I think the "What use has the gnosis in youre hands" part implies that she can´t even use it and that means she may as well be not the Pyro Archon because maybe she would have to inherit the ancient name from the previous one who might still be alive or has been erased by the abyss. Also the ancient name thing could be something that happens naturally all over teyvat and just in Nathlan it´s being activly used. Like everithyng has a true name, This in turn could hint at how Venti got his bodie from his Friend. And it could hint on how Seelies became seelies.
If he's third descender then it might be really Nibelung, Nibelung is dragon king who wield power from outside this worlds(he adapted to it and use it), that's just theory but it's high chance bc the gnosis came from third descender, his remains that just means that it's Nibelung's scattered power when he died and used by celestia to made the gnosis
Capitano could be bloodstained knight and physical dps, if he is a dragon sovereign he could be the 8th non-elemental brute class dragon that represents physical damage. The lore says he doesn't abide by rules of celestia which is reason he doesn't have a vision nor physical gnosis.
This isnt important overall but it bothered me, does bro have beef with aether or something😭 He never overestimated himself or thought he could beat Raiden, he just needed to stand up for Thoma because no one else would. Even Ayaka tried, and she knows she couldn't stand a chance. When traveler says cheesy things like "i have a resume in fighting gods" i think it was more straightforward like i can deal with this. Might just be cultural difference in dialogue to me dunno But I'd been wondering because you made a whole video basically dunking on the fact that he sometimes loses battles he picks but i feel like he does it out of a sense of justice, not just "ooh I'm so strong". Capitano is building up to be such a monumental character, and let's not forget Xbalanque in all of this. I have a feeling he will be huge in the Natlan Archon Quest, as he is likely the one they are trying to resurrect.
It makes sense to be nibelung as our beloved hydro dragon is also a reincarnation. I think they are. Pushing us more and more towards dragon units which i love ❤

The special program mentioned that we can't get the pyro element because of some crisis that Natlan is facing so I'm not sure that it's connect to the pyro archon. But considering the nature of the statues of the seven and how they work, I've always believed them to be connected to the ley lines and since it looks like the abyss might be affecting Natlan's ley lines I personally think that's the problem.
@@hoppa7326if he had cryo delusion then there should also be a place where it's put, but nothing was in there, like Neuvillete nothing was attached to him that's resembles the delusion or vision shape-things, also he has dragon scale that looks like it's attached to his arm not a clothes

0:40 Nahida says in her Archon quest that the top 3 harbringers are stronger than gods (it includes, I guess, Dottore, Capitano and Columbina.) 1:23 Excluding Tartaglia, all the fatuis we've met so far come from the nation where we ran into them for the 1st time. Signora : Mondstadt / Dottore : Sumeru / Scaramuccia : Inazuma / Arlecchino : Fontaine.. So it's highly possible that Capitano was born in Natlan.
Only one Harbinger came close to trying to 1v1 an archon and that Harbinger became playable. One you're talking about didn't try to 1v1 an archon. They tried to 1v1 Traveler and got a death sentence for losing that attempt. I'm still sipping copium though, no way he's playable in Natlan.
That harbinger who became unplayable wasn't even regarded as a high ranking harbinger. This is the no.1 ranking harbinger.😅 I am sure if he isn't equally as strong as her, he wouldn't duel an archon.
Leakers who guessed the fatui seats correctly said he’s the strongest “human” in tevyat. This is confirmed with in game voice lines about him about how he goes against gods possessing a merely mortal body so I doubt he’s any dragon of sorts
There's something nostalgic about seeing the dino-like Saurians in Natlan. One could say there design is a ... ... 'blast from the past' 🤡 Get it? 'Blast' as in Pyro related and 'past' as in dino's are from the distant past
One theory about Capitano I've heard of is that maybe he's Xbalanque's brother, in Mayan mythology Xbalanque has a twin called brother Hunahpu. In short the two died but were resurrected, so maybe in Genshin's case one brother was resurrected but the other wasn't maybe something went wrong because of Natlan's rules which is why he wants the gnosis. Either way I'm pulling for him if he ends up being playable. (Also I highly recommend looking up the Mayan Hero twins, there's a lot of interesting stuff)
Hope you notice my comment @CatWithBlueHat. Related to the last part of the video. Have you noticed that Mavuika isnt named after a demonology lores? That could mean Pyro Archon is already dead and has to be revived. Mavuika is like a powerful Envoy to the deity. Unless Capitano was the Archon afterall. To protect the nation, he has to be with someone (The Tsaritsa) for futhr alliance in battling the Abyss and Heavenly principles. In any case, being the most powerful in Fatui, a dragon, and being Captain is expected to an Extraordinary mortal. Isn't it? Besides, its more than just a Gnosis. His tone is basically taking something that is originally from him. "Ode to resurrection" can be factored that he already resurrected, its just that in a mortal body like Neuvillette. A dragon-reborn that has the gnosis as its difference.
