Thank you so much for your awesome training. I've been a front office position since 1996. I've been through every position front desk ck-in and ck-out, tx coordinator, assistant manager and now I do the credentialing, insurance coordinator, all reports, and the office manager. We have a very GREEN/NO OFFICIAL TRAINING..... I'm going to try to get my doctor to use this as the office training. Your exactly what my office needs to be able to grow. Fingers crossed.

Thank you for the comment and I do have my fingers crossed for you :-). I designed Front Office Rocks to be a resource for doctors that does not cost a ton of money and as a resource to help great people learn how to do their jobs better! If you are interested in getting a demo scheduled for your doctor, feel free to chat with my team on the live chat on my website and let them show you guys around.

Hi Laura, I want to know if you h e a good resource for guidelines of employee benefits for a small practice. Example: my office has 1 front office/manager, 1 hygienist, 2 assistants, and 1 doctor. All of us are considered part time but most of us work a straight day through w/o breaks or lunch. Like 6:45 to 4:00
