I think what I am about to say explains the Conservative Party. The last time the Country went to vote I went with my youngest daughter it was her first time .We were walking to the local school and suddenly this range rover pulls up all doors open (and left open ) almost abandoning it at the end of the street 4 or may be 5 young men get out in long coats no ties early to mid thirties start walking down the middle of the road, One of them is the candidate for our area but lives some 40- 50 miles away. My daughter hadn't left home yet she was due to go to Uni ,never curse in front of me., took one look at them acting like gangsters from a movie and they were trying to engage; my daughter says who are those Dick Heads, oh I see the stickers now, Conservative T...... .Well she says those narcissists won't be getting my vote..

How did ever manage to become Prime Minister? Yeah, I know that it was the membership who voted for her. It is galling when you realise that she held the shortest tenure as PM (49 days) beating George Canning's 119 days back in 1827! And she still gets to keep her £115,000 per year salary for life, plus pensions and bonuses. Nice work if you can get it!

Spitting Image had a head of lettuce as Prime Minister during their mini-series, "1990: A British Revolution". That head of lettuce lasted longer than Truss.

The compilation is well n good. Least Trust generates a lot of heat but very little light. The saddest part is not about LT , but the MPs who endorsed her. They are equally culpable. What l heard is that since LT was a PM, she will be entitled to a yearly pension of £150k. Correct me if I am wrong. That would be blasphemous.

If Liz Truss had been Prime Minister in Henry VIIII’s time, the King would probably have dealt with her like he did with 2 of her wives and sent her to the block. She lost her head during her brief Premiership with so many mistakes - but in Henry VIII’s period as King, she would have lost her head literally.
