he definitely is one tough sob. that wasnt the only example one that seems to be forgotten was survior series 2002 when rvd nearly crushed his wind pipe something that could of killed him. he was lucky by a few inches. he continued the match and even took a choke slam from kane with how badly his throat was he still took it like a champ.

I think the other piece of the equation that people don't recognize is that not only do finger injuries hurt like a sonuvabitch but a wrestler being able to fight through that doesn't meake the others weak, it just means they're especially tough/nuts/durable.

Ive had 4 fingers slammed by trunk of a car. It didnt dislocate my fingers but it sent my brain into a really bad daze, strangely i stayed stoic throughout the ordeal. It hurt like a mother fucker, but to be honest its not as something that can stop you from functioning. Im not calling out Sin Cara a wuss, being a wrestler he is far from being one but Im thinking he let the initial pain call the shot before his brain can reorganize.

Yeah it does. I was playing some basketball and was catching a pass but instead it hit my finger tips and jammed my fingers. 3 fingers. I got 2 of the 3. Which was a mistake because trying to get someone to pull my finger in middle school was next to impossible.

To be fair, I’ve been to about 5 WWE matches over my life, the last time I went was a Dark Match Event in 2017, it was Kevin Owens vs Cena No Disqualification right around the time KO beat Cena for the US title, Kevin Owens put Cena through a table and then sent another one that was set up in the turnbuckle and after that second one, X symbol and early stoppage to the match. Although I was yelling Cena Sucks at this little kid in front of me, and happy to see KO win because that just doesn’t happen at Dark events, it still felt anti-climactic, thankfully they decided Moxley vs Wyatt No DQ could be a replacement main event and thankfully I stayed to watch Cena get taken to the back and had no clue or advertisement for that surprise match to happen. I might have a video of Cena getting injured still. Also I was very stoked to see the Bray Wyatt original Entrance live.

Met HHH in Birmingham at a Sports Med. appointment. I was a couple of weeks post op from a femur repair, & he had torn his quad. I was in my uniform, so he took a couple of seconds to say hi, thanks for service, etc. I was blown away by his kindness & at just how big he is

Yeah, it was the quarterfinal, not the 1st round match. Iirc, I'm pretty sure she was supposed to make the final, I don't remember if she was booked to win it all. I think they had to reshuffle the bracket as well as a result.
