Great! Excellent tips Jason. I would only maybe add one tip: it's ok to stay dry when training in the rain. If you have the option to move your training to a covered spot when it starts raining, don't feel like you've "given up" or "aren't being tough". Parkour athletes like to welcome challenge and overcome adversity, but there's more than one way to overcome every obstacle.

Gg & I came from Parkour Journeys 0:12 I’ll just stick with shorts and a T-Shirt & it’s free when it’s above freezing unless it’s close and you’ve never done it before. 0:32 Wait what shoes? I need to feel it on my feet too. 1:22 Yeah true it’s definitely fun to just do slides, rolls, and even rolling around in the mud.
